I've sent in 4 pairs of 15's in the last 6-8 years for internal fogging after a season or two and I've had to pay for repairs each time. My bins go from tripod to padded case to pack. I paid the last time, gave them heck, and sold all my Swaro stuff. This was a few years back. Glad they treated you right.

All I know of the man is talking on the phone 3 times totaling more than an hour last year picking his brain on 4A elk. Very helpful. He also checked my wife and I in the field way back in there and was very professional. This is all I know of the man including him in the video. Maybe he is an butt? IDK ...
