My mom and dad are in Alaska this week. I talked my mom early and dad was fishing for salmon around Homer some place. That is more my kinda vacation! But this has been a blast also 100 times better then were I could be. At Work! Its the first time my mom has been to Alaska and my dad has not been since he was stationed there in the Air Force. She said they wish they would have gone years ago. -

That would be me! Just down here with the wife and kids. We are here till next Sat. The wifes family rents a house down here so we come hang out for the week. I like it but kinda feel out of place here. To Yuppy for me I would rather be in the woods -
Jeff, Thank you to you and everyone over there! Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your family's.

Sorry about your camera man! These guys suck. I hate thieves. I would have posted the pics on my first post but thats just me. Did you leave another cam up there to catch the scum bag returning it? That way you do not post pic of this thief that was nice enough to bring it back if someone else took it after he/they taped it back up two weeks ago? Sorry GH it can go away now.

That was my thought also but I did not want to be the first to bring it up. From what I understood it would not be legal.

JUNE I knew I got that from some place! LOL! Actually I have no Idea! Here are a few samples of Dave Ray's work. He does just an outstanding job with fancy tools. I did not get one from the last shoot but here are a few. And No by bed is not made!!!

As already said mark your arrows and see it is the same arrows every time. Also if you have a loop make sure it is tight enough on the arrow nock to be sure the arrow nock is not sliding down the string when you draw. If all of this is ok you may be putting to much heel in your bow hand on some shots and then none on others. I still do this quite often. Its bad because in practice i pay attention to it but under pressure like hunting or in a shoot you are thinking about everything else and the outcome is not always good!

Got my Minox 15's from Doug at Camera Land and now im looking for a new binocular harness system. I have a couple buddy's that have the ones made by Nimrod and I really like them and so do they. I was just wondering about any other options out there that you all like for your big optics. I tried my Bino Buddies but with the elastic straps they end up bouncing just below the belt buckle if you know what I mean!

June I think the gentlemen that makes the trophy's is Bill Ray. Not 100% on the name but I know Dave Barragan does not have that much talent! Sorry Dave Just found out it is Dave Ray.

Ilene Conrats on the 2nd place! My mom (Jackie) shoots in HCF not sure if you shot with her or not. She does not always shoot well but just likes to get out there and try. Hope to see everyone at the 4th leg.

I was there. I shot like crap! Courses were great! Dick already posted that. For a little while they left with me! It was a great time! Almost needed an ambulance from the 2 hotties that almost stopped my heart. LOL! Well not really. I saw the jeep you were talking about but never saw who was driving. Sounds like my loss. I did meet a CW member but for the life of me I can not remember his name!!!
