I hunted the Pinals for years. If the snow is not to bad up there in Jan. it can be a fun hunt. Not as many hunters there during that hunt it's to cold for them I think. Now August is another story!!! They need street lights on the trees up there!!! And I have never seen but maybe one rub up there.

They are great. I had the head plate fall off the center post of my Vortex tripod on my elk hunt. Lucky me my binos didn't hit the dirt. But just went to there website to email them and saw the form to fill out and send in. Sent the tripod back and about 5-6 days later I got it back fixed no charge all new parts. I have heard this over and over about Vortex they have my business from now on. Great products and the best warranty.

Wow what an exit! Great story cool looking deer. Thats the only thing about Sierra Match King's they will blow out half the deer one shot and the next shot could punch a 30cal size hole in and out.

Not this season. I still have my bull tag in my pocket. I added tons of great memories this elk season but just didn't test the heads on an elk. I lots of chances to but passed when I should have shot I guess. Looks like deer season in December! Congrats with yours Clay! Great shot on the Yote

Not yet Steven. Did not get time to hunt deer this season spent all that time working and getting ready for the elk hunt. Two more days of work (well 3 with today) I'm out of here to elk hunt. Got the entire hunt off and not coming home till there's bone in the back of the truck!

Anyone hear this or have any info about a fire in 6A?

I hear now just a small fire off I-17. Just get spooky with my first bull tag in my pocket and half packed to head up next Thursday!
