May 1st I weighed 289. This is me and my son - he weighed 165

Endurance day. this morning I climbed the world's tallest building. The Burj Khalifa in Dubais is currently the world's tallest building at 163 stories. I did it on the stairmaster 163 floors in 46 minutes. I'm gonna do it again this afternoon.

I wish lol. Always had a goal to do a fast rim to rim Grand Canyon. I figure if I can do a vertical mile (488 floors) on the stairmaster I'll be ready.

Cardio definitely getting better. Endurance day yesterday. Did 307 floors, 5000 steps on the stairmaster. Broke this up into 2 sessions, 40 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes in the afternoon. Then finished off with a mile on the treadmill at incline of 5. Legs were kinda rubbery lol

No problem. My feelings are not butt hurt. Well maybe a little lol. Nothing like some public humiliation to get me motivated. Seriously that's why I started posting this. Figured if I got weak someone would call me on it. Should I call you on it and start PMing you my daily food journal and you can coach me?

I guess I could do 2-a-days, cardio in morning and weights in afternoon. That would help. Need to cut out the cheat days.

I had 2 bad weekends in that time. But the rest of the time i was good. So I'm going to be strict at tracking my macros. We'll see. According to the TDEE calculator, I'd need to eat like 750 calories a day to lose 5 pounds a week.

Accountability. My weight loss has plateaued. Been stuck between 273 to 276 for 3 weeks.

Leg day today. Same workout as last week but added single leg dead lifts. Lasted 42 seconds longer than last week on my finisher. Progress I guess

So you upped carbs and lost weight? I thought you were bulking? Did you keep everything else the same?

, Yeah my legs were complaining.. I wasn't setting any speed records lol. Doing one long day a week looking to increase distance every week. Want to build up to a vertical mile - 488 floors. Might need to break that up into several sessions.

I totally changed up my leg day on Tuesday. I'm fat and have knee and back issues so always looking for ways to make gains without stressing the joints. I did 1. directional lunges with kettlebells (front, side, back - both sides) 10 sets 2. superset calf raises and air squats - 25 reps x 4 sets 3. hyperextensions and reverse hypers - 10 x 4 4. finisher -stairmaster 5 minutes at highest level I can maintain, then increase a level every minute until i gas out. I stand up straight and no hands on rails so using legs

OK, decided to do a refeed. Lie! The truth is had a total dietary meltdown over weekend. Up 1.8 pounds this week. I'm back on track - egg whites and chicken breasts today. Off to gym now

Nah I just calculated my base calories (maintenance) and been aiming to keep my calories 1500 below that. Also, it's hard to get 200 gms of protein on 1500 calories a day

Down another 3 pounds this week. Weight training 4 or 5 days a week. A couple short fasted HIIT cardio workouts thrown in, and one long day on the stairmaster - 210 floors Tracked my macros carefully this week. Thought the calculated calories was right on until realized I hadn't factored in all the exorcise. My metabolism sucks!

Had a good week - down another 3.5 pounds this week. Down 13 pounds for May.

OK. I'm jumping back in here. Got on the scale 3 weeks ago and was the heaviest I've every been - 289 pounds, Got back on the program 3 weeks ago and lost 10 pounds so far. My goal is to get under 100 kilos, 220 pounds, which if I can do it would be my lowest weight in over 20 years
