Maybe try cleaning with rubbing alcohol to remove any kind of film on your window.

What's your name, so I can check your order?

You can butcher and freeze it just like any other game animal. However, you should take extra care skinning it. Don't let your hands that have touched the hide, touch the meat. You don't want the musk smell to get on your meat. The musk gland will come off safely with the skin, just use care to not cut it open or touch it. Wear gloves while skinning, then change them out and use a different knife when cutting up the meat. You can grill the tenderloins and backstrap and do the rest as sausage, or save some roasts if you like to cook roasts.

Did you clean the surface first? are you putting it on glass or paint? maybe it was a temperature problem? Although I can't imagine it was very cold in Tucson recently.

Never heard of a sticker that wouldn't stick.....mail it back to me and I can check it out. There is no old batch and they don't lose their stickiness....it almost sounds like you are trying to put it on backwards? PM me for an address and mail it back so I can check it out.

I got a new toy for Christmas....a quadcopter for aerial filming....so I have been taking it out and trying to learn to fly and film. here is my first video of Arizona landscapes. Filmed some of it around Scott's house the morning after we got his big buck. He lives in gorgeous country! Watch it in HD if you can! Enjoy!

You are right, it's a glitch in the way the single sign-on app is working to draw the info from the forum to the nonforum side of the site. Hopefully I will get it fixed soon. I actually didn't think anyone would notice! Glad you did!

They just look like cattle trails to me. Maybe there used to be a water source near there but it dried up after decades of drought....

Fun stuff Josh! What a great day out! Thanks for the pics! Is that buck completely missing a brow tine on the left side and just grew that funky fork?

Lovely!! When I watched the moonrise yesterday I was thinking of you and your photo shoot!

If you don't want to do MREs or Freezedried Mountainhouse meals, another good option that I use a lot is using Knorr pasta sides and adding something like tuna or chicken from a foil pack. Makes for a nice warm meal and is a lot cheaper than mountain house meals. Also packs smaller too and less trash. here is a link to the type of sides I am talking about. Safeway and Frys and most any grocery store carries them. http://www.knorr.com/product/category/245726/sides Also, if you want to save weight and the weather is going to be nice (which most of the time in AZ it is), you can use a bivy sack rather than a tent. I love my bivy sack! Adds warmth to the sleeping bag and stops the wind if it's windy at night. Don't forget chapstick! That's something that I often forget and wish I didn't. I take whole wheat bagels for both bfast and lunch options....they can stand up to abuse in the pack and fill you up. Cheese sticks and summer sausage are great options too.
