Ok, so my wildlife consulting business was booming last year and I dropped the ball on wrapping up the winners for last year's Coues Contest. Luckily, Couestracker volunteered to help go through all the entries and determine winners so we can wrap up the contest. Several others have volunteered to help narrow down all the photos to 5 for Best Spirit of the Hunt and these are the finalists. Now, you all get to vote on who should win Best Spirit of the hunt. THANK YOU to all who entered the contest! I apologize for my lateness in getting this finished, but thank you for your entries, I enjoy going through them! Here are the 5 photos and you have to select one and vote in the poll attached to this thread. You have until Jan 8 at 10 pm to vote. We have had that section for many years.....It's called Conservation group events....we also have one called Wildlife Projects so when groups have projects they can post about it to boost interest and inform people. http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/forum/42-conservation-group-events/ http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/forum/19-wildlife-projects/

Post your pics with scores
CouesWhitetail replied to rschaumb's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
You also might find it helpful to go to the main coueswhitetail page and look over the photos in the photo gallery. On the right hand side of the main page the page, there are tags with scores....like 100-110 and when you click on it it will pull up photos of bucks in that score range. www.coueswhitetail.com -
Cleaned up the thread a little at the request of the original poster.....You are welcome to continue your argument offline, but no place for it here. thank you.

The Gutless Method with Randy Newberg video
CouesWhitetail replied to naturegirl's topic in The Campfire
Excellent video! I love the gutless method. I take the liver, heart and kidneys too! that means essentially I cut into the gut after removing all the meat using the gutless method. Everything stays cleaner that way.- 17 replies

Let's hope someone sees this and returns it to him!

yes, it can be done but we ask people not to do that. Just choose the one you think it fits best it. When people use the "view new content" text link in upper right then it pulls up all new posts, regardless of which forum they were posted in.

wish you would get rid of this "word press" and twitter prompt

Just bookmark the forum home page and then go directly there. I used to have it as a single sign-on for wordpress and the forum, but the wordpress side isn't connecting right lately. So, you can just either go to coueswhitetail.com and click on the big tan button with the deer skull and it will take you directly to the forum...then sign in there. Or just bookmark the forum go there directly -

Red SUV in Globe Sunday July 20, maybe xterra or trooper?
CouesWhitetail posted a topic in Sticker Sightings!
Saw your big yellow/orange sticker on the front window as I drove by. I waved, but don't think you saw me as I was already almost passed you. Didn't get a pic, but the sticker looked good on your red SUV! -
Please pray for TJ!! He was in a bad quad accident!
CouesWhitetail posted a topic in Prayer Requests
Hi CWT family, I am very sorry to report to you that TJ was in a bad quad accident today around Apache Lake. According to a friend that was with him, TJ's quad flipped over onto him when he was trying to go up a steep hill. The quad handlebars landed on his back and they heard a very loud pop. And then his abdomen starting swelling. They helicoptered him to Scottsdale Osborne hospital. He was alert and moving when he had a CAT scan done. Peg is with him and will keep us updated. Please pray for both TJ and Peg and they deal with this accident. -
