I searched through my pics and scoresheets from the ranch and can't find any 2 point. I am surprised I didn't at least have a pic of it. Amanda

My suggestion is to just score them and find out. If you want info on scoring here it is: http://www.coueswhitetail.com/how_to_score..._Coues_deer.htm Tine length is generally the biggest factor in the score, but it looks like your buck with long tines has shorter main beams, a narrower spread and less mass. So sometimes tine length isn't enough....just rough score them yourself and let us know what you come up with. there is a spreadsheet on that link above where you can enter your measurements and it will calculate the score. I think it was probably an injury of some kind. I emailed the pics to Jim Heff. of AGFD and he said the same thing. He thought maybe it got hung up in a fence or something? Maybe a fence is what messed up his ear too? I don't know. Maybe he took a bad fall in some rough country while being chased by a lion? There were definitely some steep rocky areas not far from where I killed him. Amanda

Couessniper, Josh said the biggest 2 point he knows of was a 112-115 (gross) buck killed by a guy who hunted with Jim Reynolds. I called Jim to see if we can post pic, but haven't heard back yet. Josh thinks maybe it nets around 109. Amanda

Duct tape is very handy for everything! I pack around a small amount and It sure came in handy taping the point that broke off Scott's buck so we could have nice photos! Amanda
