Coues Deer Celebration 5 (no, it's not a new one)
CouesWhitetail replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
They are from the White Mtn Apache Rez. I have them posted in the Ellsworth/Epperson shed photogallery. here is some more info on them: http://www.coueswhitetail.com/ellsworth_co...llsworth_10.htm The one in his right hand scores 60 inches, the one in his left scores 75, so even without a spread they are 135! Add in a 15 inch spread or so and you get 150! WOW, what a monster! Amanda -
I have an old 3-9x redfield on my gun right now! Nice to see it revived. Amanda

I will ask him.....I haven't seen the pics with Dewey in them. Sure would like to see Dewey get some credit for this monster buck. Amanda

The ADA banquet has been pushed back to June 5. We had to reschedule for a variety of reasons and think that June 5 will make a more successful banquet date. Hopefully the change will result in raising more money for wildlife. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was really looking forward to this! Amanda

here you go. Brandon asked me to post these for him. He is writing up the story. Hopefully I will have that to post soon. Brandon McDermott Unofficially scores 141! WOW, AWESOME BUCK! He says he has been hunting for 30 years for a buck like this and now his dream has come true!!! It's jaw dropping!!

Pope and Young or SCI scorers?
CouesWhitetail replied to TREESTANDMAN's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I am a Boone and Crockett measurer and Pope and Young accepts all B&C measurers for their recordbook. I am not in Gilbert, but get to the valley occassionally. I think P&Y has a list of measurers on their website and you can see if some are in Gilbert. Amanda -
I imagine it is closed, but willhunt4coues just said he heard on the radio that it was open. I find it hard to believe it would be open. Top of the World always gets hammered in storms like this. check the AZ511.gov site and see if it says (although I couldn't get the site to open just now, probably too much traffic weighing the site down).
