LOL!! That's the spirit Bill! You are learning the lingo! LOL! I don't think that bald spot is much to worry about. I have seen them fairly bald around that part of the body before. Maybe it's a female and the males like her a LOT..... But maybe there is some javelina biologist who would know better....

Had I known you would post the pics, I sure wouldn't have sent them to you Eddy!! But yes, ice hockey is my favorite sport and I have played my whole life. I actually haven't skated in a couple years since they shut down the rink in Tucson. Guess the tournament will be pretty hard on me since it's almost impossible to be in good hockey shape without playing hockey!

I was just out in NM and found that the areas south of reserve, nm were LOADED with Abert's squirrels! Most any ridge I went on had them. I plan to go back and hunt squirrels sometime.

It reminded me of Randy Ulmer's awesome mulie. He shot this with his bow after waiting for days for the buck to make a mistake. Great hunt story. I don't want to post a photo of his buck without permission, but you can see it in the upper right in the link below when you read the story on this hunt. http://www.randyulmer.com/archive/2008/12/05/getting-even/ Randy had posters of that buck that he was signing at the Chasin A Dream Outfitters grand opening, which is why his buck is fresh in my mind. I imagine you learned a ton about that lion during those 9 days of hunting him. It does look like he has a collar on him. Was he collared Randy or am I seeing things in that pic?
