Awesome!! Nice bird and cool collared lizard pic. How in the heck did he draw two tags in a row for 24a!! There are just a handful of turkey tags in the unit! Lucky man!

that's pretty interesting! I guess some instincts are hard to control! -
In case you don't have enough reasons already to go....here are some more: Jim Reynolds will be there with many of his amazing coues deer mounts and sheds. This will be an awesome display and I think he will be buying and selling some horns too. For those that don't know, Jim Reynolds has one of the most jaw-dropping Coues deer antler collections! It's just unbelieveable and anyone who loves Coues needs to see what he has. Many of you already have seen much of his collection when we have held CouesWhitetail.com events at his house. Jim will be up there at the antlerfest starting Friday afternoon. In addition to what Jim is bringing, Alan's collection will include: 50+ - 380" or larger elk mounts and sheds. You just won't believe the elk that he has in his collection! 50+ - 115" or larger Coues mounts and sheds will also be there. 12,000 pounds of antler will be on display and much of it will be for sale, so if you are looking for some nice antlers to add to your collection, this is the place to be! I just can't say enough about how amazing Alan's collection is. It really is overwhelming and you won't believe it even after you see it! So come on up and drool over some giant animals and meet some CW.com'ers and have a great time. If you have some antlers you want measured, I will be there and can score them for you as well. And if you are looking to sell some antlers, there will be people buying, so bring what you have to sell. There will be several vendors there selling antler or hunting related items too.

If you can't find a buyer you could always donate it to an organization that takes kids hunting, like Outdoor Experience 4 All or Hunt of a Lifetime!

Cool.... If any of CW.com'ers are going to the AntlerFest, please make sure you stop and introduce yourself if you see me up there! I always enjoy meeting forum members. I will do the usual and bring tshirts and stickers and such up there in case anyone wants to pick some up.

The antlerfest is at Alan Ellsworth's place up by Show Low (actually his house is in Linden just West of Show Low....go a couple miles west of Show Low on Hwy 260. Then go north on Pearce Ln and he's at the very end on the left. You can't miss it!) it's a GREAT event....definitely plan on being there. He has one of the most amazing antler collections in the world!! for more info: http://forums.coueswhitetail.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31997

6TH ANNUAL CWT.com MARSHALL LAKE GET-TOGETHER
CouesWhitetail replied to Lance's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Get-togethers!
I plan on being there! Have to check with the husband and see if he can make it as well, I know he would love to but since he works weekends, it depends on him getting time off. Can't wait to taste what you make in the smoker Lance!!! Now that the event is not on father's day weekend, maybe we can get some new people attending that couldn't make it before. Thanks so much for hosting this! It's always a blast. There is always a fun archery shoot everyone can participate in! -
Love it! Thanks!! I haven't yet read your link about the moon, but I love that kind of stuff, so I will....I was out doing owl surveys all week and love it when the moon is near full and bright so it's easier to navigate at night. I was casting a shadow last night it was so bright!

When I told you the hat would bring you luck even I didn't think it would be THAT lucky! I suppose all that sweat you added to the hat really helped too!! Hard to believe that hat was brand new the day before! Congrats on all your finds and thanks for sharing the pics! And thanks for the generous gift you left me

thanks for the update....let us know when you start seeing them dropping....

I have seen the "gold" on their teeth too and wondered what made that crusty stuff up. I seem to recall that Jim Heffelfinger with AGFD in Tucson was pursuing finding out what that stuff is made of. You might give the Tucson AGFD office a call and ask for him. I am curious about it myself.

Unbelieveable clarity to those photos! Wow, I love your work!! Thanks so much sharing the pictures!

I am so sorry to hear about your daughter! I join everyone in hoping and praying for her recovery. Regarding donating a tag, there are many groups that can help you with that. You might try Outdoor Experience 4 All. here is a link to their website in case you want to learn more about them (contact info on the page): http://www.outdoorexperienceforall.org/

I still remember when you got him a CW.com tshirt and he announced our website in his concert in Tucson a few years ago! That was cool! Thanks!
