CouesWhitetail replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Contests and Giveaways!
They don't have to be from the year of the contest, just not used in this contest previously. -

Hey All, I wanted to let you know that AZHUNTNUT (of Aristotle Engineering) has recently changed the design of the Rifle Railz and the new design makes it so you don't have to buy a Loc Jaw with it. Nice! The Rifle Railz is a great way to attach your rifle to a tripod so you can have a stable shooting platform. The Rifle Railz attaches to the bottom of your rifle and allows you to then attach it to a tripod head on your tripod. Great product and the new version is out just in time for the fall hunting seasons! You can purchase them in the CWT store. http://store.coueswhitetail.com/rifle-railz-rifle-rest-gen2/ If you have questions about the product, post it here and I bet David will come provide any info you need.

This is so good! Garlic pepper brats from a buck I shot a couple years ago. Cooked them up with onion, pepper, mushroom in a mesquite honey dark beer made by my husband. So perfect!

I do a lot of tent camping and I find my popup to be much warmer and more comfortable in general than my tent. I use a buddy heater to warm it up before I go to bed and when I get up. It heats up so fast that it amazes me! Mine has slide outs and it's still much warmer than my tent. You can use bungee cords to tighten the canvas around the slide outs if there are significant spaces. Mine gets gaps between canvas and bed when my pillow pushes out on it, but I actually like that small bit of air periodically and it only happens if I actively push on it. If you want something better than "tent on wheels" you could get hard sided A-frame popups. Those are more solid, but can be much smaller if they don't have slideouts.

Maybe go leave a note with your number at the original camping site so the owner can find you. put it in a ziplock bag and nail to a tree or something obvious.

As in he will do the replica for free? Yes, please let us know if that's what you meant....that would be amazing! -
Wow, I guess I should have checked out this thread sooner! I am locking it as I don't see anything good coming from it now and it appears both sides have had a chance to say what they want. I really don't want to spend Christmas monitoring this thread, so let's move on.
