What solar oven do you use? How long have you had it? I hear good and bad things about them, but sounds like you are happy with it? I use rechargeables too, but I just charge using my vehicle and carry lots of spares with me for my owl work. Don't want to run out of light while working at night!

I have been looking at the Goal Zero products for several years now. Thanks for your review. I haven't bought any yet because it just seems I can get by without it, but I am sure eventually I will get some of their gear.

+1 Yeah, I think he's safe! I think you ought to go sit in that pur-ty new trailer and open a box of.. Oops I mean a bottle of wine and have a fancy-smanshy dinner to celebrate!!! They already did, they sent me pics the other night of their steak dinner in the trailer!

TJ also got her a special gift recently, and she loves it! So I think he is getting out of the hole he dug the last couple years!

yes, we treed one the other night doing owl surveys. It's the Mexican subspecies of the Opossum. it's darker than the opossum you see in other parts of the US. First one I have seen alive! They mostly are restricted to South of Tucson.
