Technically no one was in the "wrong". Officer is correct that he can walk around a campsite but looking in the tent would be off limits. Camper is also correct that he doesn't have to talk to them if he doesn't want to. Where I felt things went wrong was as soon as the guy told them he didn't want to talk to them and to leave him alone they should have left. (At some point it would become harassment since they have no real reason to be bothering the guy) Cops generally don't like hearing no though and you get what you saw here with them trying to show the camper they can do as they please and that they aren't leaving. You should still have some type of expectation of privacy even while camping and the police should respect that.

The attorney sounds like a horses arse looking for a reason to get chitty. My two cents.

Not really, some dipsticks will come camp with in 50 yards of you now a days. You don’t own the forest or state land. Common sense has been lost in our society as many on here will attest. The poster is a douchebag for sure, I’d like to know his law firm to make sure I never encounter him. GF is law enforcement , and they have their hands full as is without some arse hat acting like they’re all that .

They are a good crew and have a nice shop. I have bought alot of stuff from them that I could have bought at other shops alot closer to my house, but prefer to deal with them.

You go to that website , view some other videos, , it’s gotta be some libtard defund the police jackwagons. LE has enough issues these days without punks with cameras. Support the blue, you’ll need them some day .

Sign of the times where everyone wants to film every conversation to try and win a lawsuit , then they try to agitate the other person.

This was part of a recent rifle purchase. I already have two of these nifty scopes on a couple of rifles, so this one is up for sale. In its price range, I don't think you will find a better scope. It is rugged, durable and comes with excellent glass. In terms of glass quality, it is definitely a big step up from the Leupold VXII. The scope has 3-9 varibale power with a 40mm objective. It has a 1" tube and weighs a scant 15 ounces. Most of the Conquest 3-9x40 came with the standard Z-Plex reicle, whuch was nothing more than bold crosshair that stepped down to a fine crosshair near the center. This particular scope has the Rapid Z 600 reticle, which has the same crosshair as the Z-Plex, but also includes hash marks on the horizontal crosshair for holdover at 200 thru 600 yards that fit most bullet profiles. There are no ring marks, but the scope does have a ding on the ocular part of the body that appears to the left of "assembled in USA" on the scope body picture. The glass in both lenses are in pristine condition. These scopes seem to be getting harder and harder to find in great condition these days. Located in N Phx/Scottsdale area. $325

This year was a year to remember. Its kind of a long story but I'll try to condense it up a little bit. I posted this on MM so some of you I'm sure have read it. In May I unexpectedly spent 10 days in the Neuro ICU in Mesa with bleeding on my brain. It came out of nowhere and thankfully stopped on its own. After a bunch of tests and some pretty significant pain and a terribly long recovery I'm doing great. No lingering pain or problems at all. I didn't think I was going to get to hunt at all, but thankfully I got out. Saw some pretty dang good bucks and happened to run into this buck. I made an absolute horrible shot (he either started to run or jumped the string or both right when I shot) Cousin took the live pictures.

If the fact that their digiscoping adapters suck wasn’t enough to stop buying them, this should! I actually can’t believe they’re still in business?

I could have not have scripted this hunt for my buddy from Texas any better. Opening morning I dug up 3 great bulls in a nasty canyon. After running out of real estate we settled in for a shot my buddy makes pretty consistently at 736 yards on the best bull, a 6 point probably around 300-310”. After cutting hairs on his back twice the bull had enough and moved into thick timber. We never could pick them back up that day. He was heartbroken. Fast forward to day 3…..I locate 2 giants in some cedars and we sneak in to 50 yards and he hammers the biggest a 6 by 7 with devil point!!! His first elk! What a dream hunt for him and this is a bull of a lifetime! Only 4” broke off him, beams just under 55”, and mass all the way up 😬😬😬

The story is short….. I was so busy trying to finish up my cabin before our friends arrived from Texas that I only got out 4 times. Was on bulls every time but just never had the shot opportunity I liked. Day before season ended I decided this “trophy Spike 😂” would do. 58 yard shot and the track job was short. Awesome to have my boy with me on it and our friends arrived just in time to hang the first elk at the cabin!

I wish I knew how important good "in the field" pics were when I shot this one. My first buck in 1985.
