I live on Kodiak Island since 2019. No, I live in town I don't have any plans to go out until the 19th and chase goats which opens on the 20th. Same day flying applies to goats. Last year I shot my bucks on the 19th after flying in and waited until the 20th to shoot my goats.

Had to work late .Air force showed up with 6 F22s. Fueling them and moving personnel took a while. Didn't get out until 6. Glassed the valley from several spots but only found bears. Didn't have time to hit the next drainage. Got back to the plane and there was another sow just below us. Decided to get out before we had to deal with a bear. Nice break though.

At least here in Kodiak it does. I'm thinking I'll fly to a spot after work and get a quick hunt in. It's light until 10pm at least. August bucks taste the best!

Gently used Nightforce NXS 5.5-22X56mm scope with the popular MOAR reticle. This model has the high-speed turret (20 MOA in single revolution) and the Zero Stop features. Glass is pristine. For the lucky ones with unit 1 early archery/muzz/rifle tags the green up is great, water everywhere, tanks full, water in the road ruts. I’ve been camped here 4 days and 3 hours of lte afternoon rain is standard. I had the tag in 2020 and it was much drier. Good luck.

Hi folks. I have a great looking 05 rhino 660. It has aftermarket roll bar,rims and tires, backseat and a few more add-ons. My brother bought this last year and found out real quick it had a blown top end. He couldn't afford to fix it so I bought it off him and put a new top end in it. Cylinder, piston, new head with everything in it. New timing chain new waterpump. I put a black rhino fuel pump and a few more things. I have taken it on multiple rides and had some coolant leaking out of the over flow even though the temp never got above 190. I put a new radiator cap on yesterday and have took it on a 45 min ride and it did great. It runs great starts right up. 4x4 and locker work. I don't need this cause I have a new Tacoma for hunting. I have one and he's still a handful. He's not quite 2 yet and still full of piss and vinegar and man is he one crafty SOB. He's getting better each day, but sometimes he just can't resist a grandkid's sock,toy, whatever left out. Have a Honda EU30000 is inverter generator for sale. Has approximately 60-70 hours of run time on it. I am the second owner. added a wheel kit to make it easier to move around. Has ability to start with turn key just needs new battery ($30 on Amazon) but start just fine with pull start. I bought the oil to change but haven’t got around to it so will come with it. Selling for $1100 new at sportsman they are $1,999 before taxes. you would need a battery bank, solar panels, a charge controller and an inverter. You would need to figure out how much power the fridge draws and then size the battery bank accordingly on watt hours. For solar, you’re really running your power from batteries/inverter The solar then charges the batteries. Honestly just so much easier to buy a $350 2kw small gas generator.

Fried up some Bartlett Bass and Crappie last night. Used carp in a crappie fritter recipe.... Deliciousness. I know, many of you will poo poo carp but it's great. The fritter recipe starts with poaching the fish. It was fairly easy at that point to pull out the y bones. Leftovers for lunch in the form of fish tacos. Can't beat fish tacos.
