These were our best 3 bucks this year for 5 hunters, had a lot of fun, a lot of rutting action, a lot of deer, and a lot of tortillas:

I have had two sisters work for him One in Vegas and one here in Mesa . My sister worked for him in 2004 in Vegas. She was 17 and he came in with some possible new franchise owners. And ask my sister to make sandwiches for all them. She did. All the guest was happy with there service and there sandwiches. Even the possible female new owner commented on Her and her sandwiches she made. They were all happy. Then jimmy steps up and begins to say he was sorry that he didn't agree. That Jimmy Johns requires better service and told my sister she was fired. That wasn't bad enough . My sister was 17 years old. As she left He said to Her that if that's the way you handle my meat on a sandwich. Remind me not to let you touch My meat.. very very inappropriate. My other sister was fired 49 minutes after showing up to work on her first day and all alone to open and never trained one second.

So I just picked up the wife's gun from Michael at Desert Custom Gunsmithing and Guideing LLC . He's a fellow cwt member and has been cerakoteing the kids giveaway guns . It's definitely the wife's gun !!! It does look awesome and came out better than I'd hoped. Maybe it will get me off the hook for all the $$$ I've spent on my guns. You guys looking for cerakote or something gun related give him a call he's on the west side of town.

Thanks. We usually keep it in Pine but just brought it back to the valley to go bass fishing. I think this is a common issue mostly due to the battery moving around.

Yeah an adjustable gas block solved it. You can tune the gas to the action. Is it ejecting the spent case?

That is a super cool build though. Wasn't trying to knock it.

No need for that with my wife. She has better gear than I do.

Reminds me the time I was doing load work on my daughters rifle. it’s a Ruger American with true girly pink/purple camo on it. was at a local range at the time and pulled up to it hoping to see no one. well, just about every bench was taken….great! get set up and get her rifle out and the guys started teasing me. (lol) saying all sorts of stuff.. tell them it’s my daughters rifle….right….uh huh…sure. so amongst the teasing (which was in all good fun of course) I set up and started banging the 500 yd steel gong with first round hits. after that they kinda got quiet. it was a good time though.

Colby had 3 bps going into this draw and drew tag #1 for his multi unit hunt. This week we double checked the rifle and shooting strategies and started putting gear together. I let him choose where he wanted to start opening day, he picked the farthest unit and the farthest part away from home. This morning we left the house, made a lucky superstitious stop at a gas station for his doughnuts and hit the road. When we got to the first glassing spot, we couldn’t see crap. The fog was pretty good this morning. We spent 45 minutes watching funny videos and listening to music while the sun killed the fog. We glassed for an hour, didn’t see any pigs moving but coues were in full rut. We moved to our second glassing spot. After a while we got lucky and spotted pigs below us 300 yards away feeding in the oaks. We grabbed our gear and when we got to 220 yards, Colby said he can make the shot. I’d like him to get 150 or so but he was confident. We got the rifle set up and he got on the larger boar right away. After a few practice squeezes he felt ready and let the rifle bark. The pig hit the ground hard on the quartering to shot (messy gutting job). This boar had some age and stink to him. We took our time, cleaned the pig and took pictures. We picked up some roadside burritos and hit the road on the way home.

J&g guns and sometimes they ran specials on them . I got the first one in trade for I simple exhaust fix on a Toyota truck that had the 22re engine . Those manifolds were always warped. It was the only gun my wife shot good . She'd bang steel at 300 yds with it . Crazy because it only had a cheap Simmons fixed 3x scope . It was the cheapest gun to shoot 1k rounds for under a hundred bucks.
