Like the title says, I have a 1980 CJ 5 for sale. My dad bought it in 1982 and it was passed on to me a few years ago. I hate to get rid of it, but I don’t have the time to care for it like I should. The original engine was replaced in the 80’s with a bigger AMC 304. It has a PowerTrax Lock Right rear locker and will get you everywhere you’re brave enough to go. It does leak a little oil, I believe it’s from the rear main seal. It’s been like this for decades, we’ve always just checked the oil periodically and added when needed. Overall it’s in good shape. The shifter can be touchy. If jammed into gear, the shifter can get stuck in that particular gear- never have taken it to get looked at, I’ve always just shifted gentle and it’s never been an issue. Also has: After market front bumper with winch. Rear bumper with swing away spare. Dual exhaust Prices seem to be all over the place for these old Jeeps. Sold!

This bobcat and I have had 3 years of cat and mouse. I spotted him yesterday at 60 yards. I took a couple photos with my camera that I carry with me on a tripod while hunting, thinking I had a slim chance at even getting a shot with my bow so might as well get some pictures. To my surprise, he obviously noticed me too but instead of running off like he did in previous run ins, he instead walked towards me and sat down at 55 yards. I drew back and centered between my 50 and 60 yard pins and I center punched his chest. He didn’t move an inch. He’s a beauty of a bobcat and am looking forward to having him mounted.

I have 22 here in Az and 11 in Wyoming. I actually put in last year, one of two out of staters with 10 points to apply for the tag, and I was the unlucky one.

The NR Special license fee for antelope increased to $1200 in WY. I suspect many, like me, will revert back to the regular license draw. My thought is that it will be the fewer in number bucks that survived the 2022-23 winter will be targeted until this year's fawns grow up a few years in the west and southwest part of the state.

I have shot probably 30 different gunsmiths' full custom rifles. I dropped off parts for my 18th Axisworks custom today. Should speak volumes.

I have a 2022 XL f350, 7.3 gasser, long bed, quad cab, 4x4. So far so good. My first ford and first heavy-duty truck. It has the same features plus some more as andyyy truck, so for a XL it's well equipped. I mainly use it for hauling my 12k lbs 5th wheel, which it pulls just fine with the godzilla engine. Towing capacity is 16k and has 3700 lbs of payload. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Had the opportunity to head up to my good buddy’s place in Colorado between Christmas and New Year’s to help him on a special deer tag in one of Colorado’s Open Space hunts. We were able to find a great buck for him on the first day and he made a perfect shot. That freed up 3 extra days to head to his ranch to chase lions and I was able to harvest a beautiful cat on the first morning out. I’ll spare you all the read and you can watch both hunts!

Here is the real problem......this is what I drove for 20 years, then I bought a used F150turbo and it was just great until Ford couldn't figure out why it was overheating, I traded it in for a Ram 1500 Bighorn that does a great job pulling my 25' travel trailer but heading into retirement here next year I want to get set up for the possibility of a 5th wheel option to pull horses and a bigger camp trailer. I remember shopping after that 79 Ford of mine......I had no idea what I was looking at and there was no such thing as a stripped down model with just a manual window crank

20 years ago my daughter drew 5B antelope tag #1 when there were only 5 tags issued. She was 10 years old and only had her hunter safety point. My baby girl turns 30 next week.

Come on, she needs someone to love her, or if anyone has any ideas. Ill pay commission. She just needs to be loved and taken out on the town. I wish trucks had a back seat like this in high school.

Lacey was able to harvest her first deer with the gun she won in the youth raffle. Day 1 - glassed up some does, but noticed that all deer were heading to water around 9am. Day 2 - glassed until around 830am, then headed to a water tank and sat in a blind that we had built the previous afternoon. About 930am, two bucks came in and she was able to drop this one with one shot at 100 yards. It went about 15 feet and expired. Her little sister opted to use the raffle rifle on the remainder of the hunt as she could shoot it better than her own. She had a shot opportunity on the last day at a spike but didn't connect. The girls and I had taken the gun out to practice prior to the hunt and were able to shoot a 1/2" group with the Hornady Precision Hunter ammo. The adjustable stock and muzzle break were a perfect combo. Thanks Crazymonkey, for putting this together and to all that contributed.
