Thank you for all the advise! I know it comes from a real place of caring. As for repairs I’m not insured for that nor did I reach that level in my apprenticeship. I can replace a sting if I break one, that’s about it. That is an intimidating beast! Tuning is just something my mom got me into when I had no direction in life 😂 it’s a good side gig that I enjoy. All my kids play and are in the Arizona study program. With whatever path they take in life be it serve a mission or just play for the ward or themselves I hope they remember the safe place music takes them to. My mother has her masters in music and has taught them since they could start, so I hope they cherish those memories with their grandma.

For the first time in my adult life, I purposely took the opener off. Took my boy and my pup out. Both had a blast. Flying was a little slow, but we had a great day.

I'd go to the area I have been seeing the biggest antelope. If he isn't a size hunter I would hunt where I have been seeing the most antelope.

I too am loving the 20g. It is a Franchi Affinity 3 semi-auto. So light and forgiving. Got my limit, my son got 7 and the other 3 got 14 between the 3 of them. Today the doves were flying from the east, but 70% were in the next atmosphere. Couldn’t believe how high they were flying. Love the shoulder recoil therapy!!!!

Good stuff man. Thanks for doing this. Are any winners forum regulars kids? Also if Zane needs help on his hunt I bet folks here will help. For that matter any other winners this year or last. I think it would be awesome to have a thread with winners and their hunt stories

They aren't the lightest but definitely a stove you can count on every time. My first experience with one of these was waiting in line for an application for a job as a Firefighter. A group of us had started networking and applying for several departments after we graduated from our Fire academy. Seems a few departments were doing a joint recruit and only one application was needed to apply to several departments at one time. Only bummer was that only 1000 applications were going to be given out at 0900 Monday morning. We got in line Friday afternoon and there were already a couple of hundred people in front of us. We spent the weekend sitting in line waiting. One night it started raining. There we were, cold, damp, and somewhat miserable. One of the guys in our group fired up a stove and proceeded to start making hot chocolate and coffee. It happened to be one of these MSR Whisperlite stoves. It totally changed the crappy evening and mood that night. I never forgot that. Seems like not so long ago but that was 25 years ago now. Time flies. Great memories...

Here we had a 75 mph wind or at least it felt like it! I only killed 2 beers.

Tikka rifles are a great bang for the buck. Smooth actions and superb accuracy right out of the box.
