When our club does hunter sight-in in October it's sad the times we have to correct rifles sighted in at Cabelas or Sportsman's. An inch/pound wrench and a set of Torx and Allen bits is all the tools you need. Pretty easy.

Honestly learn to do it and buy the few tools it takes. I don’t think I could trust another person making minimum wage to mount my optics. Really all you need is a bipod or gun vise, a level and a fat torque wrench.

You sissies clearly haven't been around enough dead bodies in the desert.

Excellent fishing for Calicos Saturday. Got a limit of keepers and probably released a couple dozen. Used a 4" swim bait and they would bite it 9/10 times. Very fun on 15#!

Last of the elk steaks, seared on the Traeger and diced and added to the griddle mix for barrio tacos . I sweated out a six pack cooking them in this soup.

I wanted to post a follow up stating that OP fixed my porch leaks. He found some additional issues above what I had mentioned that needed addressing. Responsive, fair, and honest fellow. Good to meet you Bill. Thank you for your assistance and I will pass on the word of your services.

Hey everyone, Thought I'd share a recent video that we just finished up to help us get through the rest of July and first part of August until the archery hunt. I hope you enjoy!

The traffic getting in and out of Seattle can take hours daily from your life. If you can afford to live close to the salt water, that's your escape. I've lived in the Seattle area and at one point lived a block from the Des Moines boat launch on the south end of Eliot Bay. I was on the bay 5 evenings a week catching dinner from my 16' runabout. Sol, crab, salmon, squid.....

Always was on here since 2003 but didn't sign up until 2008. Remember AZSportsmans Journal and AZOD?

Cool, glad you got out and had fun. Calico fishing is awesome, one of the more relaxing fish to fish. Yellowtail and calico at islands are a blast.

Man, Mike was awesome! I went to high school with him, but he was one year ahead of me. I knew who he was, but it was a really big school and we were in different friend groups. When I found this site I spent hours and hours reading stories and looking throught the picture galleries. That's when I found out Mike was a serious coues hunter. He came by and scored a big deer my dad had killed, and also brought some antlers to show us. Not long before he passed we talked about doing some spot and stalk archery hunting down south in some areas I knew pretty well. It never happened. There are a LOT of members here that stopped posting years ago. There are also a lot that very rarely post. Some of these guys are the best of the best when it comes to successfully harvesting coues. It is humbling to see how good they are at it.

Turned out to be a fun trip, lots of calico bass caught and I came back with 5. Wish I could do these trips more often.

Bulls are pretty much finished and look incredible. Feed was outstanding and just browning up in last few weeks. Rains seem to be starting and next week looks better. Calf recruitment is outstanding and elk are fat and happy! Best of luck on your hunt 👊

I like Seaforth and Point Loma Sportfishing for a half day. Calicos and sand bass have been biting which are slightly sportier, but you can generally get rockfish too, which are better eating IMO. I'll be on the PM trip on the Daily Double Saturday.

IMO they are pretty much all the same. I would look at Seaforth because they have free parking. Looking at recent reports it looks like the PM trips on the New Seaforth are not crowded either.
