Ok, I'm gonna have to say, these are without a doubt the best burt ends I have done. One thing I will do different next time is cut them at 190 to 192. I temp probed for tenderness at 195 and was wondering if it was a little too done. Wasn't dry or anything, just not the consistency I like. About as close to perfect as I have gotten burnt ends to be.

I am driving to Portland Oregon the week of June 19th empty with a 12 foot flatbed and if anyone needs something delivered between here and Oregon let me know. I will also have an empty deck plus a trailer on the return trip if you need anything delivered at a budget rate. PM me with questions!

So 14 hours in and finally sliced it. Very similar to brisket but so much more tender. Put the juices on and it should be some great ends It is pretty tasty right now without being finished. Edit: now that I am about done the wind stops

Gohunt’s data on coues deer is more or less useless. I’d burn them on an early kaibab muley tag and spend the money you’re gonna use in AZ on a Mexico trip. 1: you will be hunting private land without a million other yahoos out chasing them with a bow while you’re trying to hunt 2: there won’t have just been 3 rifle hunts in the area you’re hunting leading up to your hunt 3: you get to hunt during the rut (the December coues hunt is more like a pre rut hunt, a lot like a mid October mule deer hunt) 4: you won’t have to be away from family for Christmas (if you want any chance at a little pre rut actuon it’ll be Xmas to new year)

One of the first places I went when I became serious about landscape photography back in 2009 was atop the Paria Plateau in northern Arizona. After not visiting this location for several years, I ventured back there earlier this month to find that it is still a visual treat. Once the summer rains come and fill the reflection pools, a return trip will be in the offing. My first trip was with a 12MP Nikon D90 and 18-105 kit lens. The recent trip was with a new Fuji GFX 100s 102MP medium format camera. Many of my favorite images were taken with that D90 in the earlier years, and hence I would like to return to some locations to reshoot with the GFX.

Doing a little purge of the collection… Reloading manuals Speer number 9 (1974) number 10 (1979) and number 11 (1987) both as a set $55 shipped Hornady handbook volume II (1973) and third edition (1980) both as a set $40 shipped if you have to have one or two to complete your set we can make a deal, I’m not opposed to selling individually, just thought it would be nice for folks to a have a set of each… All loading manuals have wear, tears in the hornady vol. II dust jacket, normal wear for the rest. Record books Boone And Crocket Club 25th big game awards 2001-2003 $15 shipped or $10 if you add it to a current order. Great shape Rowland Wards publications Records of big game XX edition (Africa and Asia) 1 of 3000 $60 shipped great shape Rowland Wards publications Records of big game XXII edition (all continents) number 141 of only 200 copies printed. $150 shipped minor scuffing on the cover otherwise great I also have quite a few issues of the Safari magazine from SCI during the 90s if anyone is interested in those message me and we’ll make a deal there too. I tried my best to find prices online at places like Abe books, book finder and thrift books to make fair prices. I’m happy to make a deal especially if you want multiple. Prices on these include shipping but if you can meet me in the Tucson area ill reduce the price for that as well. Thanks

savage 30-06. I was going to use this rifle as a guide gun for clients but I’m no longer guiding and this rifle doesn’t get any use. I’ve got only 20 rounds through it. It has a 24” heavy stainless barrel, a Bell and Carlson stock, aluminum bedded, with adjustable cheek piece, 20 MOA rail. I really didn’t get far into reloading for this rifle, I just shot a load I had laying around but it seemed to really like it (added a 3 shot group at 100 yards) But if someone has time to find a load it loves , it’ll shoot lights out. Asking $900. Scope and bipod not included. I’m from the White Mountains but I’m currently going to school in Farmington New Mexico. But I come back to Az, the White Mountains and the Valley often visiting family so we could workout a meet up. Also willing to ship. The rifle doesn’t get used and I could use the extra money to help with school.

Huntinfool and Epic outdoors have been telling people for years to not put in for certain units, because these units usually go to max point holders

IMR-4064 is old school .308. TAC is supposed to be pretty good in a .308, but I've never tried it. I have used a lot of WW-748, which is very accurate, but temp sensitive. IMR or H 4895 will also work. Never used N-150, but I have used N-135, which worked ok.

Well, the wife made chicken surprise… the surprise just put me in the can for 15 minutes. No pics of dinner or after dinner. Still gurgling, hence the reason I cook 4 plus days a week.

The best outfitters here are gonna charge 10k+ for a hunt. You could go on a much better coues Mexico coues hunt for the same price and like said above, burn all those BP’s on a good muley hunt
