I have a Walther I bought for my daughter in 2007 as an 18th birthday present. She passed away about six months later from a massive heart attack the following year a couple of months shy her next birthday. She had AFIB that got missed when she went to the local cardiologist. I just sits in the safe. Now it does have a weight on the barrel I can't seem to keep tight so it creeps forward after a round of shooting but it has a ploymer frame and zero recoil. I'd like to see it go to a good home. It's yours if you want it.

Yes I'm guilty of wasting a bunch of money on hunts. The best I can figure is in the thousands. 'been hunting for 30 years plus ". Bud light. Won't ever waste my money on that again.

Drew my second Gould’s tag this year with 24 points. Donated my first one back in 2011 to OE4A. Went into the hunt with high expectations and they were definitely met. Thanks to cramerhunts and my buddy Brandon for all the insight. Also. Big thanks to Ryan and Jesse for coming down on the hunt. Bird had a 10.25” beard and no spurs.

Kuiu bino chest pack was trash to me. Been pretty lucky otherwise with purchases.

You know, stuff happens while hunting. I was 20 yds back behind my hunting buddy. He was only able to see 1 bison because of the way the blind was situated. It blocked the other two bison. He was able to take the first one and then I was able to come in and take another. Everything happens for a reason and I'm not mad at all. In the end it all turned out great. 158 hours is a long long time. I'll bet that tested your patience to it's end.

You won't be disappointed in the Leupold... I'm super-happy with all of mine and they tend be be fairly lightweight as well. I have four LRPs and three other Leupolds and they have all been stellar.

I was blessed again with an awesome Goulds tag, and was able to take this awesome double bearded gobbler with a muzzleloader shotgun. It took me a long time to draw this coveted tag and used my 26 bonus points. We had 6 gobblers talking to us opening morning. This one came in on a string to the call and put on a show for us.

my good buddy talked me into the muzzleloader shotgun, he used one a a few years back and killed the #1 muzzleloader Goulds. I gave up rifle hunting a few years back and only hunt with a bow or muzzleloader now, so this was just a easy decision for me. The gun has a very tight pattern and shoots great! it takes about as long to reload as a regular muzzleloader. The muzzleloader is made by Knight. I used 110 grains of pyrodex pistol powder and #4 shot. Dream come true! I have a great video, ill try to figure out how to post it.

The hurt one experiences by being out shot by a guy with a $240 vortex scope. It is very real. They say the cure is go buy a $2k scope and don’t shoot along side those pesky vortex sharp shooters
