What can I say? I'm old school Gen-X raised by a combat-hardened Baby-Boomer. My son even called it his billfold. Guess I'm raising him right. Thanks!

I’m just intrigued to hear someone use the term “billfold”. Old school…. 😉 Hope he gets it back!

Cleaning out my reloading station..... Thought I would use on dad's 28 Nosler build but ended up scoring and running both N570 and RL33. I have some powder that i am not using and would like to unload. I am not looking to get rich but just cover the original costs of powder+haz mat+taxes. I will not ship so looking to unload locally. I live Casa Grande, so basically half way between PHX or Tucson for local meet up. I believe these are all unopened and weighed them on a triple beam. Savage UL 300 WSM with everything it came with when purchased new. Proof Research barrel with 5/8ths 24 threads and thread protector. All the components to let you adjust the rifle for a great fit. System works really well and easy to change out. Upgraded with a Timney Trigger and it's way better than the factory trigger and set under 2lbs. Very easy to adjust to what you like. Have the factory trigger as well. Leupold Picatinny Rail. Did some load development with 178 gr ELD-X's and 185 VLD's will be glad to share what load it likes. Gun shoots really well for a 6lb gun. 1100.00

My son may have lost his billfold in Unit 1 yesterday (Sat, 4/22) on the youth hunt. The east/southeast side of Burro Mountain is the only place where we stopped so he could shed some layers and we had lunch there at my truck. I will gladly send someone an OnX pin of where we parked on a side road off the 116 and where he may have lost his billfold. There was good turkey sign in the area (none talking), so getting his billfold back is worth sharing this spot. If you plan on hunting there, will be in the area, or want a spot, please PM me your cell number and I'll text you an OnX pin. Or if you found it (last name Wooldridge), we'd greatly appreciate getting it back. His credit card and debit card will be canceled today, but he has other stuff in there he'd really like to have back. Cross posting in the turkey forum, too.

Brutal man. Could have listed the Suicide Prevention Hotline # ….. I should know it by heart due to my crappy draw luck. The OP is probably wishing he bought point guard with all the positive feedback so far ,plus the other newbie…

Billfold or Wallet is more of a colloquialism/regional thing. If you find it let him know.

I have had a couple prone style high end bipods. You can lean into them better than the Harris for sure. My problem is hunting on the prairie there is always grass to contend with. I find that in the desert or mountains there’s less grass and you usually are on a hillside so you can get prone. I would say 98% of my shots here in ND, MT and WY on the grasslands are off my butt. There’s a Harris that fits me absolutely perfect prone when collapsed and perfect shooting off my but when extended. There’s no other bipod that can do that without carrying a bunch of extra crap around with you.

No worries. I bought it for my long action 30-06. Bergara said it should cycle perfectly still and that matched the info I found online. No worries though.

I got a chance to work on the Bima, an ocean going dredge based in Nome, AK back in '90-91. That dredge delivered some gold. Owned by Westgold, the bottom shaft broke and they scrapped it. On edit, The Bima
