Wife killed this stud this past weekend, made a perfect shot at 550 yrds. What do you guys think he scores? This bruiser finally came home from Mogollon Taxidermy, unfortunately we didn't make the 110" mark, if he had longer eye guards we would have been there. 104 2/8 was the net score. We did not. We checked out some stuff in the southern half of the unit, didn't see alot, and started working into the northern half to get a better lay of the land up there. My older son with the tag though started feeling bad so we turned the overnight trip into a 1 day trip and didn't get to check out as much of the northern area as I would have like.

I've read glass wise they are on par or very close with meopta, not as sturdy feeling as meopta and I think the eyecups don't come all the way out making cleaning more difficult. There was a thread on rokslide about them. But for cost vs value I'd take a chance on them.

Price without scope?

It’s warming up pretty good on the rim, yesterday was beautiful . Snows melting fast. I think another two weeks they’ll be getting going pretty good . Good luck, I may go out to call for fun myself.

Spent a summer dredging 70 miles north of Fairbanks back in the 1990s. Was absolutely amazing. Lot of fun but seriously hated work. Had a 4" dredge and traded it for a high banker and whites gold detector. All of it is long gone but the memories.

They are almost Dr. Geillers neighbors so who knows. The K4 is also not posted properly so it is "huntable". Also who is in charge of making sure they didn't just buy some equipment and do the minimum to pocket the rest. Because that has already been happening for years in yavapai county ranch country. Hopefully it is a access agreement that is improving antelope hunting and future higher tag numbers in those units.

I hope the K4 juniper thinning is not the K4 ranch in yavapai county. They do not allow hunter access.

The same people that abused trail cameras to the point where they got banned will be responsible for salt becoming banned in the next several years. It’s ok Russ. You’ll still have a couple people that think you’re not the reason. I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around people thinking that what he does is ok.
