Thank you to every one who gave me info. i was able to take a small 3x3 This morning solo. Had a blast in 35a. Love hunting these deer in that type of country. Coues deer is by far my favorite thing to hunt

Nothing like looking for deer and spotting a lion. Ran home grabbed the dogs and had her up a tree In less than an hour. Dogs worked well considering the circumstances of patchy snow. IMG_4051.MOV

15 mile and 5 hour chase. Lead to a bluffed up lion and a big one at that. Biggest lion to date and couldn’t be a much more deserving person to take him. Coach Tenney has been a football coach and has put blood, sweat, and tears into the community. A man that I respect as well as many others. I called and talked to the people who collared him. Supposedly the battery had died about a week before and they had been unable to catch him for quite some time. Glad to see all the hard work with the dogs has been paying off and big. IMG_3985.MOV

J&A outdoors stocks Kelby actions and you may be able to avoid the wait.

Go check out a Greyboe Pheonix adjustable and lightweight. Also AG composites make a few different lightweight stocks that feel good.
