You joined the site on Sept 1st, have a post count of 5 and have bought a lot of stuff from sellers on this site? That in itself sounds weird. What was gravity selling? Don't see any for sale posts from them.

I’ve spent a lot of time and money the last 5-10 years hoping to kill a big coues deer with my bow.. with the camera ban it seemed like it definitely wasn’t going to happen. The heat wave the last week I figured sitting water would pay off so I spent 5 days on tank with the most sign in the area hoping it would pay off and it did. This buck came in completely silent and by himself at 38 yards. He started broadside when I shot and nearly turned 90 degrees by the time the arrow reached him but it went in at a good angle and caught his vitals and ended in his spine. I knew he was big but couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how heavy he was..

I lost my bugle tube on Friday evening in unit 8 it fell off my pack on a road by Wagoner Hill. Whoever found it put it on a rock about 6” tall in the middle of the Jeep trail we were on. Needless to say I found it Sunday evening. If whoever found it is on this site I would like to give a big thanks to them. They could have easily kept it, but to put in the middle of the road for me to find it was awesome. Not an expensive item, but very cool to have got it back. Again a big thanks to you if you on on this site!!!

Have 3 tags for my kids. 2 in 5bsouth 1 in 6a. Bugles have shut off by 7am in both units. All the big herd bulls we are seeing have 20 to 40 cows with them. We got lucky with one small 6x6 so far that split from the herd bull and his cows and called him into 46yds and he made his arrow count on his 1st archery bull. Bull went 15yds and was down. 2 more tags to fill. Hopefully its kicks in a litter better. Good luck everyone

I have 3 full Vintage boxes of 300 Weatherby Magnum 150 grain Nosler soft point for sale. $60 per box or $150 for all 3. One box has some damage to the outside, but the contents are perfect. I will post the grain weight info when I get home. I forgot to take that picture. Located in Flagstaff. Will ship on your dime, but prefer FTF.

Has anybody bought anything from a seller called gravity, having issues getting my stuff that has been paid for and they will not respond.

I’ve just never had an issue and I bought lots of stuff off here, it’s just too bad you can’t trust people anymore

We were in 5B-S for 5 days of the elk hunt. We camped off a short road that my buddy has camped at the last 4 years. We weren't in camp when the FS person showed up, so they left a note and crappy map. Note said "you are camped on a closed road, please vacate by Monday". The other camp talked to the FS person who said nothing about the closed road. Said they were there for 14 days and needed to move. There were plenty of camps outside the designated "camping zones", but on open roads. They weren't asked to move. It appears the FS is enforcing the closed road camping but not the designated "camping zones". People where still driving on "closed" roads without issue. I asked a G&F officer about it...he said "don't get me started". A little consistency from the FS would be nice. There seems to be a lot of confusion.

I have had great luck with kuiu for my boy. Here is my system for buying that makes it affordable. I buy full outfit on my birthday code for my boy at 15% discount plus free shipping. Then every two years when he has grown out of it I buy again on same discount. I sell used gear for 20% discount off retail so I only pay 5% plus whatever increase is over 2 years. This keeps him in great gear for years at minimal cost after initial investment.

Pretty sure those are the 180gr. They also came 150gr but were marked Soft Point.

If you got 10 years out of one Foodsaver, I am amazed. I Kill one every 3-4 years, usually keep a new spare in the garage if I find them on sale. I have not been impressed, looking for a better brand for my next one.

Thanks for the measurements. Too narrow for my use but was worth a try.

Same here. I hate spending a lot and being outgrown quickly and Walmart has usually had their sizes. I had good luck with Kings too although a little pricier.

Yea man good people are still out there. Years ago, in unit 10 on a cow hunt my pack with my binos, tripod, field cleaning kit, batteries, first aid and other misc. items (a few thousand bucks' worth of stuff) fell out the back of a faulty SxS tail gate onto a major road in the unit. We didn't notice it until we had turned off to a smaller 2 track headed up hill and other stuff started falling out. Freaked out, we hauled butt back and there was my pack sitting up on the side of the road with everything in it. I was in diss belief. I was very fortunate that the right person came across my pack and left it for us.
