Irrelevant. Chance to hunt giant desert bucks in the rut. Idk what else it could possibly be called other than a trophy hunt.

Wife drew a 4B north limited opportunity Bull tag by accident...well it was my fault punched in the wrong numbers...and nope I didn't buy a point gard....so we made the best of it, ...first time I ever been in that northern part of the unit...looked kinda grim at first!..and with the 2pm thunderstorms moving in every day we were limited to hunt the mornings, and only one evening that was clear we where forced back to Holbrook with a hole in the rear tire. But as luck would have it we found a little pocket that had a group of bachelor Bulls hanging in it tight, with one good 6x6 with the bunch..so we stalked them for a couple of days unit my wife got a clear shot...its real brushy in those little draws...but she finally got a shot on the last day we could hunt!..and she dropped her Bull it wasn't the big Bull!..but like she said it was Big enough ! Congratulations to my wonderful hunting buddy!..my wife!

I actually stopped by a water catch last week that has had 3-4 cameras for years and they are gone. There’s finally space for me to put one up I guess.

A dude I know is opening a UTV place in Huachuca City right next to the Circle K. Don't know much about pricing or anything yet but he already has a few that he's renting out. I expect he will have some sort of grand opening or something coming up. Figured Id let you all know just in case anyone might be interested in renting for hunts... Will post more info once I know

Got the first payment and said heck no

A recent phototrip with a couple of friends from Colorado had us in remote areas in northern Arizona. The first evening had us overlooking a beautiful section of the Painted Desert with its colored Chinle formation. The next evening was spent in a pinnacle-filled filled valley surrounded by walls of Moenave sandstone. The colors and striations of the sandstone are beautiful. Wonderful colors and markings in the sandstone.

Thanks Yuma, I did draw a 3B archery Bull tag in September...she said "oh yeah you got your Elk tag just fine"!..so her hunt was really important that she have success after blowing 13 bonus points on a limited opportunity hunt!...life wasn't good around here or awhile...but she is happy!...happy wife!!..happy life!

I don't see why so many people are angry about this. It's only a couple tags and generates them a boat load of money. Plus a few extra people get to go hunting. If u don't like it, don't apply. It's not affecting your odds of drawing a regular tag

There was but it isn't accurate any longer. With the consistent drought these days we're having to restock a lot of tanks each year and that's only if they refill after going low or dry. Just about every pond has ccf with the ones in the higher country having the most bass opportunities. Tons of wildlife out right now and beautiful weather. DAN

I'm truly sorry for your loss......but, man, I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed and motivated with your outlook and what you're going to do. Many guys like us crawl in a bottle, become introverts, bitter, etc........but you, my friend, have a great plan. God bless you and post up some fish photos for all of us to see!

Here’s a good local bull i took a picture of yesterday. Solid 350” i would guess. He was with a couple 300-320 bulls
