My powers of observation leads me to conclude the following. Likely a firefighter who occasionally pulls a trailer with a 2" coupler. Hope that helps!

A light recoil load out of a creedmoor will probably bounce off of a paper target.

Multiple different trailers at that! And hunts an occasional coues deer.

I bought this from another member a few months back and it has been sitting in the safe since. Just haven’t had the time to take it out. There does appear to be an issue with the safety staying engaged. Should be an easy fix but again I haven’t gotten around to working with it. Also comes with DNZ rings. $500 Thank you for looking.

Thanks Nitemann that was a great article. I have both of Bob's handgun hunting, special magazines that Guns and Ammo put out in the early eighties. This article was in the second magazine. When I bought my contender frame 32 years ago, I tried to obtain a 10" 6 TCU but they had been discontinued and suppliers only had Super 14s left in stock. Like a fool, I bought a 10" 223 Rem barrel instead. Last year I accidently bumped into a 14" 6mmTCU barrel with a Burris 3-12 and dies on Gunbroker. It is now my barrel, but I wish I hadn't waited so long! I have a gong set up at 200 yards and have alot of fun ringing it, I was given a bunch of 65-70 grain hp benchrest bullets (Shilen and Bruno) and have been having fun with them over 28 grains of BLC-2. I know that some are using 70 grain bullets for feral hogs and deer it just seems a little light for animals of that size, but it is hard to argue with sucess. I know that at 200 yds the 70 grain 6mm bullets crater my gong more than a 68 grain HP Hornady out of a 223 rifle. Thank you to all who responded! Bisbee

Start at the minimum charge weight load three rounds of each up to where you think it might kick to much say in the middle of the charge weight.

I have the new Hornady manual setting in front of me, what powders do you have?

I know it’s not what you asked, but I went with factory loads and a brake on my daughter’s 6.5. She even lets me use it sometimes. LoL

Years ago the Lab ate a bag of Halloween chocolate candy off of the counter. Vet said pour some hydrogen peroxide down her throat and stand back! Came in handy years later when the Border Collie git into some d-con.

It sure looks like a 2 piece bottom metal from a Model 70.

Thanks HyNoon, It has been very well taken care of. It's been garage kept and maintained every time I finish a hunt which is only once a year if I get drawn. The rest of the time it stays in the garage.
