Pleasant is a Shiite show, Apache was my favorite when I had skis, we camped on the back side of the lake . Could find shade in the mesquites. Not a big water ski etc. lake, so we were usually the only jet ski punks on it.

I drove through a good down pour right as we crested the rim yesterday, had the wipers on high. Kept up till past Forest Lakes. The rim area in 4A and4B is already greening up. Here in Heber, farting dust.

Roosevelt no brainer lots of water less traffic everywhere have fun you can find a beach set up some shade and fish off the beach if you want to. Stay at the resort if it’s a long day or camp at the beach. Fantastic memories for the kids!!

We got .75 inch yesterday afternoon here in Cochise county. Small cell that sat over our place for 45 mins. Down the road a mile at one of our jobs, .07. Made for a miserable day today after about 10. Typical monsoon behavior. Not typical timing. We’ll take what we can get!

However this hole thing is absolutely crazy to me. How do you implement or come to a conclusion on something like this with no REAL HARD DATA ????? Its mind boggling!!!! Something! yes your still going to have those that "forget" to report or report false info.... these are the same guys killing in OTC archery and applying for deer tags at application period..... However I believe the majority of us as sportsman want to see our wildlife succeed! Have I filled out the voluntary questioner absolutely! Have I got my questioner out of the mail and set it to the side to do at a later time and completely forgot about it.... absolutely!!! However if you are going to charge me $ or threaten my draw apps.... you can bet your butt I'm going to fill it out! I think AZGF should have implemented the mandatory reporting this year, maybe two? Collected data and come back to us all and had a couple potential scenarios... "this is really bad, its worse then we thought and these are the changes we need to be doing now" or " wow, its no where NEAR as bad as we thought and what we are going to do is only make these changes for now" AT LEAST YOU HAVE REAL DATA!!!!!! I don't know, all I do know is at the end of the day these are just my 2 pennies and like you all our 2 pennies fall on def ears anymore...

I didn't say he took a plea deal. Only that that he said it wasn't worth the hassle to fight it. I also said they felt confident they could fight it, and I think the guides probably wanted him to. But Duwane was the one that said screw it. I don't know if that meant that he took a plea deal, or if that is what they did, or are going to charge him with. And like I said he couldn't talk too freely on the subject. Nothing's changed in my mind. I'd hire these guys if I was looking for a guide. Here's an example of how this could go down because it happened to me. I had a cam on a drinker. Someone else had put corn out out at the same spot as it is a well known spot with fairly heavy traffic. A forest service guy saw me checking my camera and assumed I put the corn there. Well, at this time baiting was still legal it was like 10 years ago. I told him baiting was legal, So he was all we can call game and fish right now, full on know it all attitude and everything. Well of course I was right and little Ricky got to put his foot in his mouth. Point being, I could have been charged if baiting was illegal but did nothing wrong. I could not prove i didn't put it there though because it was out of sight of my cam. Best pics I got off that cam was a couple asscheeks mooning my camera. Just because Duwane decided he doesn't wanna fight it doesn't mean he is guilty. But playing devil's advocate here, it doesn't mean he's innocent either. So I will take my opinion based on my experience with him and his guys based on what I experienced in camp and support them.
