After several years of struggles and a run of bad luck with Merriam’s, my buddy’s kid got the monkey off his back on his last youth turkey tag. Found this nice Tom opening morning and made the shot like a pro. He’s now 3/5 on his way to his turkey royal slam which is 3 more turkeys than I’ve killed! Congrats!

I was surfing Social Media and saw a guy post about antis sending comments into AZGDF to end the legal take of Lions, Bobcats, and Bears. Apparently a game warden got up at the NWTF meeting made the comment, and that there has been 0 input to keep them. Obviously we don't ever think about submitting comments to keep something we already have but might be worth it to take some time to submit one.

You seem to know quite a lot about which exact firearms are missing. Which leads me to believe you have some kind of record of these firearms. If thats the case, you need to file a police report and report them as stolen. They'll need the serial numbers from the guns. Good luck.

I had similar stories with azbirdhunter88. First contact I had with him was when he was new to the forum, offered to take someone to a great quail spot. I responded, we texted and we're set to go the next morning. He never showed, wouldn't answer any follow on texts. Figured it was either miscommunication or the dudes a douchebag. Within 2 days of that occurrence, azbirdhunter88 was back on the forum whining that he did indeed go quail hunting and someone he'd taken there hunting before was in his honey hole, uninvited. Was thinking Karma, b""tch. Some time later he called me about a post of mine he'd read where I'd mentioned a large bear lurking around my mining claim nights up near Crown King. Apparently he read that post and went straight to the area but now wanted better coordinates. He was actually calling me about 1 1/2 miles from my spot. While I had him on the phone I mentioned I wanted something he had listed in the classifieds. He said he'd be home in a day and to come by for the item. Several days later he called me again from the mining claim, said he'd seen two bears but not the hog we'd named Mountain Dew Bear. I asked him again about the item he'd listed for sale, he now said it was gone. That's when I concluded I'm done with this dude.

Years ago, my lab and bulldog accidentally bred. After research, they were called "Bulladors", and I received much criticism here when I posted them for sale (well below $1000 even). Haters be damned, those turned out to be some of the best dogs ever. Maybe not for field use, but everyone of them was a loyal and sweet as can be. One even went on to be a service dog for veterans with PTSD and was featured on the news in her hometown in California many times, being accredited with multiple veterans deciding not to become one of the statistics. Another turned into a fantastic livestock protection dog.

Over 2 feet of snow. My toy hauler spent an extra month before I could retrieve it. Good times!

How can they say we aren’t speaking up on supporting lion and bear hunting?!?! All they should need to do is pull up the number of tags sold. Don’t almost all deer and elk hunters buy a lion tag every year? I do, as well as everyone I know who hunts.

On the other hand, she said there have been NO comments from the hunting/conservation community in favor of keeping it the way it is.” Saw this and I’m gonna ask the same thing here. Why is azgfd saying that that lion hunters didn’t come out to say they like lion hunting. Am I supposed to be writing in every year, letting them know I want to keep deer hunting?
