Huge thank you to @Crazymonkey and all the members who helped with the youth rifle giveaway. You made this 12 year olds life. He went 2/2 on elk the last two years but no tag this year so we are hoping for a deer tag to put it to use. His grandpa was born in 1943, so the fact that the rifle is a year older than that blew his mind. It will see many years of use ahead. Thank you all!

It’s about $25 a pound on a good day. Maybe try to gouge at $30 or so.

A Pudelpointer? As fugly as that dog is he is lucky to nail that biatch but the pups are cute as heck. I can't fathom $1k a pup though for a mutt. Maybe after they have won a few ribbons in field trials but to each his own.

I think it’s about him being confused and now trying to confuse us.

My son and I were out shed hunting a couple weeks back and we came across a couple cameras in an area and someone had caked mud all over them…. So we did our best to get the mud off for whomever they belonged too. Hope they still work. One had a solar set up on it so def took someone some time. Anyway just a random story. Dunno how others feel about it but I don’t understand why someone would do this to another’s property. (I get that maybe it was in someone else’s spot or whatever) but anyway my kid felt good about helping out so I was happy with that. Cheers!

My son works till tomorrow morning, he will drive mine up. I just found out. He said " for a youth hunter, he would drive it to unit 1 if he had to." Enough people spent tons of time and money helping us when he was 10. His mom did a good job with him. Thank you all for the offers.

They were born April 1st. Will be ready weekend of May 27th. Right now it appears they will have more of a straight coat than a curly poodle coat but that may change with time. They all have some kind of white on chest, chin, or feet. Both parents are good retrievers and will make good hunting companions or family pets. Will have been socialized with young children as well. Just putting together a list of anyone who may be interested. 5 females, 3 males. Will have at least first round of shots, second round depending on age when they go to new home. Pictures of parents are included. Asking $1000 each.

I heard that Dan was bidding for Mike Gallo. He won both the state elk tag and the Hualapai elk tag that night. Not 100% sure on that, but that’s what I was told.

They have potential to turnout to be good hunting pups

A few duck hunters I knew from years back would hunt with Labradoodles (before they got trendy with all the skanks in Scottsdale) and they worked great as retrievers. If I were in the market for another pup, this mix would certainly be intriguing.

Apparently I spoke too soon as there is in fact a valuable hunting dog known as a "German Shorthaired Pointerpoodle"

My buddy took a similar rig on our coues hunt last year. I kept waiting for the valet to open my door and carry my pack....

Unfortunately, probably a forerunner of things to come. Nice of you and your boy to take the time to try and correct someone else's inexcusable actions.
