2 pointsThis is How the afternoon hunt went. The kids have been up since 3am so I wasn’t going to press our luck. I Plan on checking out a ridge I found on google earth so we have some what of a morning plan. Was a great opener for us.

1 pointWife killed this stud this past weekend, made a perfect shot at 550 yrds. What do you guys think he scores? This bruiser finally came home from Mogollon Taxidermy, unfortunately we didn't make the 110" mark, if he had longer eye guards we would have been there. 104 2/8 was the net score. Thanks to everyone and their kind words, going to be a tough one for the wife to beat!!! Thanks Clay for another beautiful mount.

1 pointLike many others life happened to us this year. We are thankful that we even made it to opening day for the late bull elk hunt. The Wife passed on a little bull first thing in the morning.She is a little under the weather but the kids are in heaven so we’re pushing through.

1 pointThanks guys. The Morning was much colder today. It was perfect weather. Two WT does and two sets of hunters is all we could drum up glassing. Switching gears to adventure. the plan is to set cams mid day and build a blind that will hold us all for the pm.
