I have a great and honest guy in my church who does it. We just fixed 3 units at the church. He has helped with my house also. If you need someone super honest in Phoenix let me know and I can give you his info. (I make nothing for suggesting him) dude is really honest and even was featured on a show where they tried to set up a "sting" operation to see how honest AC guys were. He was the only one who said nothing was wrong with the unit. let me know.

You guys realize the refrigeration system is a closed system? There’s no “ tune up”. If it was working fine last year it should work fine this year. Condenser and evap fan motors fail when they will, as with capicitors and all other components. Refrigerant charges may need addition if your system has a leak, otherwise not. You’d a noticed a lack of cold air from your registers if so .. anyone tells you your refrigerant Aka Freon needs changing is a crook. You could replace half your components prematurely without need listening to some of these guys as most “techs” are now on a commission basis. Don’t panic and listen to crap adds on the radio .

The biggest cost of living problem has been housing. I know it has exploded in a lot of places but it seems like it is over the top up here the last few years. We are surrounded be public land so land is at a premium. Property taxes seem a little excessive to me but then I talk to all the peeps moving from the coasts and it doesn't seem that bad.

The ol lady had a bad accident last fall and she recently went in and had her ankle rebuilt and knee replaced. She had been wanting an aquaponics set up for some time and I surprised her with one when she got home from the hospital. There's several goldfish in the pond and soon we'll introduce talapia.

Those numbers can be kind of misleading though. Some residents grab a tag just to have in their pocket and go out for maybe a day or two. Many don't actually hunt January either because then you can't put in for rifle hunts in the fall. I would venture a guess that 90% of those Non-Res guys are here in Dec/Jan. This is anecdotal though... so maybe I'm wrong. That's just been my experience with people I know well.

I like meat as much as anybody, but when you can grill your own fresh veggies with the burger or steak, man that's good stuff.
