I just saw a press release on Facebook they are building a new store in Chandler. I worked in their flagship store in Fargo ND through college. Very well run, they invest in their employees, even part timers to make sure they know their products.

They have great prices. They sell ammo and guns as lost leaders in order to get you in the store so your wife buys yoga pants or you buy a Sitka jacket. When I worked there we got everything at cost +5% and a lot of times I had to have my brother buy ammo for me as he got it cheaper as a non employee then I did with my employee discount. We had atleast 2-3 hours a week even as part timers in producing knowledge training. Theyd can your butt in a heartbeat if you didn’t greet a customer or paid them no attention like I see so often at bass pro and Sportsmans. The salesmen are on commission so they can bug you sometimes more then you’d like but I guess that’s better then never getting any help. The store is still family/employee owned out of Fargo ND. The owner Steve Scheel was on the floor with us nearly every day. Great company. I learned a lot about employee management from my time there.

Out to 500-600 or so yards, a custom turret is not bad. Out past that, they are not that accurate unless you hunt at the same elevation/density altitude/temp. So if you change from a high country late summer pronghorn hunt to a late season desert mule deer hunt, your drops will be off. 6.5mm 140 Hyb @ 3035fps @ 600 yds, 800 yds & 1000yds: 7000' AMSL & 85*F: 53.4", 113.9", 202.9" drop 2000' AMSL & 35*F: 57.8", 125.8", 229.6" drop Better to get a good ballistic app, or even a good programable rangefinder that will take all that into consideration. I have a Labradar, you are more than welcome to come shoot with me anytime.

Crypto has zero intrinsic value and is another fiat currency, change my mind.

Been to the Scheel's in Reno. Huge store. More sporting goods other than hunting/fishing as well. Good addition to the greater Phx area since Sportsman's got bought out by Bass Pro. The Sportsman's by my place has been going downhill since being bought out.

I’m from St. Cloud, MN and went to the Scheels in Crossroads Mall all the time. Love that store. Good news for SE valley dwellers like me! My daughter and I in Scheels a long time ago....

I put some in Doge today, but over the past week I have sold all my Tesla and bought into ETH during the dip. Even more today when it was at $2,000. Let us not forget, this was at almost $4500 within the past 10 days.

What he said... except I don't recommend them past 500. But, that will get close enough on most animals.

We kill a ton of them!!! Part of the problem is actually over calling in some of those areas. separate note: total count of 11 fawns here in the neighborhood.

this will be great, i buy from them online, now i can shop for pac boots in here in az and not feel the return shipping penalty. I can't wait for 2023, they need to open a pop up store now and do business, maybe next to teds hotdogs?

If shiba inu makes it to a penny I can cash out for about 120,000.00. With a 150.00 buy in.

Then there are traffic impact studies, notifying the public for comments etc. Once the plans are done they go in for review to the city for permit then the subs have to review the plans and everyone bids to half a dozen GC's. If the building is the size of BP or Cabellas it takes 12-14 months from the time the site work beigins to Certificate of Occupancy.

Scheels is like a Cabelas and Dicks all in one but they're not dicks like cabelas and Dicks's. They have equipment for just about every sport you can think of and their hunting area is set up differently than BP/SW/Cabelas. Hoping they will have a ferris wheel like in the Kansas store and others.

I really like Scheels....have visited the Utah store a few times. I've even been ordering reloading components from them online during the shortage. Always reasonable prices. Great fishing selection too. With Sportsmans going to Bass Pro, the fact that we are getting a new alternative is fantastic.

But there’s slow as heck and not nearly as reliable over constant rough terrain

Like they’re saying, the buck died in the velvet and it has since been removed one way or another. Please say it a coues. We need a good conspiracy around here

It was killed in velvet and wasn’t fully grown and they stripped the velvet. That’s gotta be an eastern not?

FYI - In my experience, you won’t need a heater. The heat generated from the engine is enough on most models to make it uncomfortably hot anyway.

Did some rearranging and additions to the reloading area. Going to add another track to hold more bins and dies really working to get super organized this year.

2nd for clay. His work is awesome. I have pictures of his Muleys but they aren’t my animals so I won’t post. He has a mule deer and bobcat for me right now. Last year he did an antelope and a moose for us.

Finally had enough kids move out to have two spare rooms. Everything is finally in the house. Still a work in progress but all my stuff is finally inside.
