    Ok at 2pm it was 133 internal. And it turned out good not my best. But moist and only a little crumbly. So far nobody has crapped their pants.

    I have been shooting my 6.5 PRC on every hunt that I have been associated with this year. Friends and family have harvested 9 big game animals with it since September. However, it just felt "right" to use an open sight 30-30 for pigs..., 30 yard head on shot at this old boar..... I had almost forgotten how much fun it is to get up close and personal..... whitey-->

    Mine took 8 hours yesterday at 225*. 5 hours on the grill, 3 hours wrapped on the grill. Pulled it at 198* wrapped it in towels and put it in the cooler. Ate 2 hours later and it was still too hot to touch when slicing. 8 hours sounds like too long to me but I've never attempted it, do im not sure. Maybe shred it or chop it and do sandwiches with it.

    I pre heat a cooler with hot water then put the meat in. It will rest for as long as your what like that

    Wrap some towels around it and it should be still hot at 2. I have 3 pork butts on my smoker now. They should be done at 2pm (24hrs smoke time). I'll wrap them in foil and towels and into the ice chest. Dinner at 6 or 7pm and they will be hot.

    Thanks Viper, I understand your concern but everyone has to start somewhere. I will consider any trade that is fair and of interest to me and would prefer to meet in person to trade products and/or cash. Hopefully that resolves your concern regarding scam. I will not be asking for anything via venmo or paypal etc. Thanks for your consideration.

    If you’re serious about a guide and have some money, hire az ground pounders. They consistently kill the biggest bulls out of 23. I wouldn’t let A3 guide me if it was free
