A case plus of shells and three chokes. CI, CL and I believe Mod. This is a very nice shotgun, really light with nice wood. I have had it for three years and bought it from a fellow CWT member. $825 $50 goes back to Amanda for running CWT and $100 goes Mikes (Hoghunter) Family.

My son’s Merriams from this spring to complete his Grand Slam and US (all from United States) Royal Slam. He harvested this bird in Unit 1 on the Junior hunt. Last year he harvested his Arizona Gould’s with a crossbow, an Osceola in central Florida, his Eastern in eastern Kansas and his Rio in central Kansas. Quite an achievement for an Eleven year old. I didn’t complete my first Royal until I was forty!!

Mark Healy is a great guy and will treat you right. Bruce at Mr Silencer is THE guy. He knows more about silencers than probably anyone around. His new shop is in Mesa. You will not lose with either one of these guys.

I used this out of the box Weatherby Mark V Classicmark in 7mm mag on my sheep hunt and several others. The only change was to install a Timney trigger. The gun always shoots 3 Barnes 145 LRX into .6”, not bad for a sporter-weight barrel and wood stock. It cracks me up that there are people out there that believe that you are handicapping yourself by using a traditional finish rifle.

The 110 Classic is a new offering from Savage for 2020, this is a .300 Win Mag with a 24" threaded barrel and fully adjustable oiled walnut hardwood stock (not laminate). It weighs 8.1 lbs and has a round count of 15. As-new condition, possibly better than new as I treated the stock with Tru Oil as soon as I got it home. Never been in the field, went to the range once. Price is $850 OBO picked up in Gilbert. Includes the factory box and paperwork. I purchased it a few weeks ago for $929.22 at Sportsman's Warehouse but need to let it go. I can also include a Wheeler 30mm 20 MOA one-piece mount and a custom Dead Air muzzle brake that I had made for the right offer, let's make a deal. Great price for a gorgeous and practically brand new rifle.

With all this talk about meat and shellfish, thought I'd post this recipe I've been using for about 30 years. It was always a big hit on the Steenkin' Peeg Hunts i organized for 10 years or so. Pickled Shrimp 3 pounds of cooked, deveined med. shrimp 1 large, thinly sliced onion 1 1/4 cups salad oil 3/4 cup white vinegar 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp celery seeds 3 Tbsp capers & juice 2 dashes tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce 1 crushed clove garlic Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow to marinate several hours, preferably overnight. Remove garlic before serving. Serves 12-16. For one pound of shrimp, just use a 1/3 of the other ingredients except for tabasco and garlic.

I'm on a quest for dorado, white sea bass, and halibut. Been on that ocean a bunch of times and never caught any of those.

That occurred to me. Hopefully you just fall overboard within sight of the island. If you do, try n toss your rod up on bbn the way down.

Not to speak for the OP but they’re usually about half at a deer by hand. If it’s tripod mounted then further. It will range a juniper at 1400-1600 easily. Mine does anyways.

I'd look for a Winchester Model 70 Supergrade with extra good wood, and have the action trued and rebarreled in the chambering of your choice for an accurate rifle. I always thought the Cooper Western Classic with case hardening and the octagon barrel exuded class. 6.5 PRC, 270 Win, 7 Rem Mag, 280 AI, 270 WSM, 300 WSM
