I've seen 14" rainbows jump on shore after being chased by big browns

Spent all summer scouting turning up a lot of good bucks. Went up for the hunt and was able to take this heavy buck opening morning. Big thanks to everyone who came up to scout and help out on the hunt

A brief summary of our 2.5 day trip. Saturday was windy with very, very choppy waters. We only caught one yellowtail. Captain said no boats were productive. Sunday we stopped on a reef way south west of San Clemente Island and caught a lot of a red type rock fish. We moved to the east side of San Clemente Island and caught around eight 30 pound Bluefin Tuna. Just so happened we hit one of those bad spells where we nor any of the other boats could find fish. The New Lo-An tried their best. They have a great bunch of guys. FYI, if you have Verizon you can get 2 bars of LTE if you are close to the island.

That smoker is still a good unit, yes trager or camp chefs are great, each serves a purpose. My buddy has I think 5 pelllet smoker each assigned to its own protien.

I agree, ACT is a better measurement when comparing student performance both in state and with out of state students. Everyone takes the same exam. Test is very well regulated and has many checks & balances in place. Next to impossible fabricate scores or cheat. Public schools have to take ALL students and can't pick and choose like private schools and charter schools. The Basis schools is a prime example of plucking all the best & brightest from public schools. Just try to get your child with an IEP or 504 into those schools. It ain't happen'n folks.

I went to west fork black river Sunday morning, off the road to reservation lake and walked south. I caught a couple browns then the weather got bad.

Changed my mind, realized bears are probably disgusting af to deal with and smell like chit.

25 years ago i fished all those creeks a lot with my dad and it was fun. fly fished for about 2 years.

Whenever I've been stopped by any LE officer I've always handed over my CCW license with my Drivers license. I'm not sure but I think if your a ccw it shows up when they run your plate.

if youre starting with braid, might want to put a strip of tape around the spool or some mono for the braid to bite into
