Hello all! This is my first post as I'm more of a predator hunter. I filmed a five tag coues hunt this year in Mexico with some friends and wanted to share here where people may appreciate it more. I'm hoping to have the full video done in the next month or two and will be sure to update this post when I do.

Quick update. I got home from work today and there was a package delivered from Bass Pro. There must have been a BOGO special. 5 more boxes of 300 Win Mag 180gr ballistic Silvertips, that or their merger caused a glitch. I'm on hold with them now. I'm going to see how hard and fast their no return policy is on ammo. It's either all 10, or 0.

I am looking to put an optic on an AR10. Looking for suggestions on what to look for and to see what others have on theirs or are willing to sell. I am not really a black gun kind of guy but am thinking about being better prepared when the zombie apocalypse arrives. This would probably be for engaging targets under 300 yards?

That's an incomplete link. It should be the below for the link to work. AZ Water Catchments There is an option to select "AGFD Wildlife Waters" to display those locations, but not sure if that's the same as WCs. Eddie

Can be any time, but also can usually pattern them. My hunt I was able to pattern a couple bucks using the same water hole between 11-1 most days so that’s when I sat and tried spot n stalk the rest of the day. Ended up killing mine on that water hole around noon.

They will come in whenever they get thirsty, which can be any time during the rut when they are running off other bucks and chasing does. The problem with sitting a few hours is that very often those goats will be within sight but not within range. So getting in and out of the blind without spooking them can be challenging. But sitting water is by far the most successful strategy for archery goats.

We Watched a 211” this year from September to January. He didn’t hit the cam always but we saw him and he was never far from the tank and he was killed not far from it. 2018 had a 217” on cam From June to October was found dead not far from the tank. 2017 had a big 5x5 on cam in September, glassed him up in October, couldn’t find him with the rifle tag November but missed him in December with my bow all within a short distance of the original cam spot. They may bounce out for a minute but it would be hard to convince me now that their range is as large as I’ve always read. I could be dead wrong, but it’s my personal experience

But should a guy expect to get many pics from December to March? I would think those would be the least likely to get one on cam.

I'd say they move around a lot more. Home range size for a mule deer is much larger than for a whitetail. Not sure if mulies really set up a territory per se. I think they just kind of roam, and will pick up and move in reaction to moisture like rainstorms which might green up one valley and another still be bone dry. They also migrate as mentioned with the Kaibab herd. Not many actually migrate much in AZ though. I don't believe elevation has much of an effect on an arrow, however the clothes you wear may have an effect on your draw length and or anchor point. Also want to be sure nothing will get in the way of your string. Good Luck!

My little brother is still in Highschool and he has to do this "simulated school" on his computer. Usually you would think that the teacher would be on a Skype call and would show the class how to do certain things on a whiteboard. They dont. They end up giving them a link to read on how to do a math problem or a link to read on for chemistry. So I have been trying to tutor them. I think that the law is wrong. This online or "simulated learning" is terrible and it really is frustrating for my little brother. I spend hours a day helping him because the teachers won't teach over the computer, instead they are short cutting the short cut that is already given to them

Well if 1000 rounds ends up making its way to Tucson I’ll take it lol. If not I hope you have some left in December when the valley cools down!
