I pulled the trigger and bought the new Mathews VXR 28. Got it today and I’m gettin ready for August. Took a lot of work, shoveling gravel and laying brick to get enough money for this bow. Hopefully I can get a buck in velvet this year.

2015 Ford F-150 XLT. Loaded. Has almost every option that a Lariat has except cooled seats. Sport package with painted bumpers. Excellent condition. Never had a mechanical issue with this truck. Full synthetic oil changes every 5000 miles. 98,000 miles plus. Still my daily driver so those will go up. 5.0 V8 engine, leather bucket seats, heated seats, power seats, large display screen, backup camera with trailer assist, center console instead of the bench seat, rear ac vents on console, leveling kit, fuel Maverick wheels, 295 60 20 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires that are nearly new with certificates from Discount Tire. Bakflip Tri-fold bed cover, step and grab handle inside tailgate, LED bed lights Rhino lined bed, Tow package with trailer brake controls. This truck has been very well taken care of. Sorry. Good point! I also noticed when I was working on gohunt that there are tons of NR who put in for hunts with only one tag. Like 40-50 of the 150 applicants for a lot of tags were NR. I know a lot of people give me crap for analyzing things to death with draws but putting in smart sure helps you improve your odds.

Not sure I would say it was A3 that killed the archery world record... Randy Weims was hunting with his son, who guides with A3. I kinda doubt he charged his own dad. I may be wrong, it's happened before. May happen again. Irregardless, that ram was massive. It was still Randy that made the kill with the bow. If it had been me, I'd of been shaking like a dog pooping a peach pit and probably never even hit the same hillside as that ram.

If you have 10+ points this year you will definitely be guaranteed a 20b tag. With the same points you can draw the Oct rifle kaibab tag which IMO is a better hunt.

Just got the skull out and cleaned up a bit and with calipers I'm getting 20 13/16". Boone and Crockett! Just missed all time Boone and Crockett.
