Thanks for the tip on Rainbow lake guys...it didn't disappoint! I took the kids fishing up there this weekend. The big girls wanted to play! The lake only had a few boats and definitely wasn't crowded.

If his “last choice” was his 2nd, it’s possible. Otherwise, he lied to you.

Pellet gun is not a firearm. It’s a pneumatic weapon.

The Eurasion Collared doves can be hunted year round I believe. Maybe you're lucky and those are the ones giving you problems.

Older gentlemen asked for some help selling a few guns. This is a Browning BLR '81 in 22-250. Manufacturer date was 1981. Rifle is in excellent shape and shows little use. Couple spots on top of the barrel where the bluing is gone, not sure from what. Wood had some very minor dings. But overall a great little rifle in nice caliber. Price is $650 Am in Tucson. Thanks, Kent

Any rem 700 long action stock will work. Your only hold back might be a stock with a magazine it might not like the larger rum cases width and long OAL. But other than that any ADL or BDL rem 700 stock should work. Gonna need some bottom metal if you go BDL Also bell and Carlson, greyboe make some nice stocks in your price range. You will have alot more options if you convert to a BDL

Thank you to all of you who have served and an even bigger thank you to the families who have lost a loved one in the service of this great nation! There are many freedoms that we as a nation and also others around the world have gained due to their sacrifice. Thank You!

He must have only put in one choice then, so it would have been his last.

Because one of their guides was guilty of hunting on the res and he claimed he didn’t know the boundaries. It’s seems to be in their dna to cheat

I drew my Desert last year so I should draw my Rocky this year! two points should get me my 1st choice right? If I actually drew I think i would go completely radio silent for fear of swift retribution from everyone on here! Good luck to top point holders!

Yes they can year round and no limit because they are considered an invasive species.

If you go with A3, make sure you request Jed Larson. He doesn't know the boundaries real well which really opens up your hunting area!! 🤣

I love this thread....for me, my knives remind me of so many stories! My Puma Whitehunter is from 1969, but my dad bought it for $20 at a Ham Radio gathering him and I were at up near Munds Park 30 years ago. The stag handled CaseXX is from my grandpa, who used to be a Case dealer in the family furniture store in KY. The small skinner also came from my grandpa, made by a local knifemaker who (I believe) is no longer around....John "Grizz" Morgan. Finally, the red Victorinox seems like no big deal, but is my favorite story. It's the first knife I ever got, given to me by grandpa as we were working on the roof of his motor home (I'm guessing I was 6 or 7). I'm not especially known for keeping track of things, so the fact that I was able to keep from losing this knife through high school was a miracle. When I was 18 or 19, I was fishing Page Springs (up near Cottonwood). I fished the whole day and covered 1+ mile wet wading down the creek. When I got back to the truck, the knife was gone. I remembered using the scissors to trim tippet through the day, but had no idea where I had it last. I was heartbroken. A little over a month later, I was back fishing Page Springs again. At some point, I just happen to glance down into a riffle and catch a glimpse of red. Sure enough, it was my knife. After a good soak and some brushing, she was cleaned up and brand like brand new, and I made sure to keep her tucked safe somewhere to pass on to my own boys with the story!

That's a fatty. I think this Solingen is the only peened split tang in my collection...a practice that goes back centuries to early sword making.
