ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS TAXPAYER FUNDED Sometime this year, we taxpayers will likely receive another economic stimulus. It is indeed a very exciting program, and I'll explain it by using a Q&A format: Q: What is an Economic Stimulus? A: It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers. Q: Where will the government get this money? A: From taxpayers. Q: Is the government simply giving me back my own money, then? A: No, only a smidgen of it. Q: What is the purpose of this payment? A: The plan is for you to use the money to purchase a high definition television set, a new iPad, or a new SUV, thus stimulating the economy. Q: Isn't that stimulating the economy of China? A: Shut up. Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the U. S. Economy with your stimulus check. Use it wisely: * If you spend the stimulus money at Walmart , the money will go to China or Sri Lanka. * if you spend it on gasoline, the money will go to the Arabs. * if you purchase a computer, it goes to India, Taiwan, or China. * if you purchase fruits and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala. * if you buy an efficient car, it will go to Japan or Korea. * if you purchase useless stuff, it goes to Taiwan. * if you pay your credit card off or buy stock, it will go to management bonuses and they will hide it offshore. Instead, keep the money in America by: (1) Spending it at a yard sale, or (2) Going to a ballgame, or (3) Spending it on prostitutes, or (4) Beer, Jack Daniels, or (5) Tattoos (These are the only American businesses still operating in the U.S.) CONCLUSION: Go to a ballgame with a tattooed prostitute that you met at a yard sale, and drink beer all day.

With an Arizona cow elk tag for October, and hopefully a Coues whitetail permit after the June draw, I figured it would be enjoyable to try the Hammer Hunters in my 6.5 WSM. I have read good reports about the Hammer Hunters on another forum. Last week brought a box of 124gr hammer Hunter bullets and some new Norma brass in 270 WSM to the doorstep. The brass was easily necked down with the 6.5 WSM dies. A dummy round with the Hammer bullet seated 0.025" off the lands fits in the magazine fine. Loaded some rounds with increasing charges of Ramshot Magnum and Fed 215M primers to check for velocity and pressure. I hope to end up with a velocity around 3300 fps. Time to social distance myself this week some place in the forest and find a good load.

Badlands Summit Hunting Pack The Badlands Summit Hunting Pack was originally designed to replace the 4500. It seems to be the “pack of choices” to many guides and western hunters. Not only is the quality of the Summit better than the 4500, it weighs less and has a few more quality features. The Summit has a total volume of 5400 cubic inches and weighs 6lbs 1 oz. The Badlands Summit features the following: 900 Denier Ripstop UL Fabric AirTrack Suspension Lightweight & Strong Polycarbonate Frame Bow & Rifle Compatible 7 Pockets From Top To Bottom The post Badlands Summit Hunting Pack appeared first on Santana Outdoors Blog. In my opinion, nothing is more deadly than a secluded water when it hasn't rained for 3+ weeks and with bucks coming in during the daylight multiple times a week. That scenerio is pretty impossible to beat for lethality, but it usually requires alot of scouting, cameras, and prior knowledge of an area to really get your odds high. Without those, your odds are horrible picking a random water and setting up a blind. Even in deer country, sometimes I only get daylight visiting bucks on a consistent basis on 1 in 20 waters, for instance. Many times they will act like one water is the best thing on earth one year, the next year nothing will touch it and they are watering miles away, same month of the year. FYI, blinds really cook during the middle of the day, lots of frozen drinks help. If it rains, cancel any water plans, no matter how excited you were about them, until its been dry for a couple weeks. That being said, spot and stalk is more fun and can be very deadly if you glass them early and watch them bed down. You just have to be physically acclimated to do a suffer fest heat stalk in the middle of the day, and be able to get the meat taken care of asap. Are you the kind of person that will exercise in 95+ degree heat? Thats kind of what it takes to do desert August hunts, and be good at them, and not die, in my opinion:)

Start glassing by first available light cause they will find a shady place to bed pretty early in the morning. Remember, they're wearing a thick fur coat. (Unless you're in the pines, they will be more active there) Water is the best advice I could give--you just have to find a tank that doesn't have a quad riding up to it ten times a day.

Spot and stalk all day. as for meat if you quarter them and get them cooling while moving them to ice chests you’ll be fine

Whatever it takes you have to be able to adapt and change with the area, pressure, weather etc. If you stick to only one thing you will only be successful when that scenario is working or pure luck when God wants you to have one

You must be one those good (fill in the blank) boys if you have 9 kids. Do you get government EBT and Access for those 9 kids or do you have a conscious and not f!ck the system like most breeders do?

I don't know where you are going hunting but in my neck of the woods, every drainage and low spot has water running or standing in it. The rain and snow we received last night just added to it. Forget sitting on a water hole unless you like a wet butt. Turkeys can drink anywhere.

Should be doable. I run the 131 Hammers in my 6.5SS and get 3260 easily with RL23. Had 3321 before I hit pressure in my 26" 1:7.5". I also run the 121 Hammers in my 25SST, and got 3360 in a 26" 1:7.5" w. H1000. I settled on 3260 for accuracy and best ES. You should get just a bit more speed in the WSM case if you have a 26" barrel.
