6 pointsI finally got my login working on here again so I thought share my 2019 buck from early November on the general rifle hunt. Long story short I ended up missing a good buck on opening morning so I was irritated about that until we found this buck. My wife and stepson both killed their first bucks this year so it was a good year. I like the pitchfork he has on his left side.

2 pointsGuys if you know anyone who lost there quiver full of arrows I would like to return them. On Saturday morning a guy left the parking area by lake pleasant in what looked like a 2seat razor. We noticed he had his bow on the very back. As we were driving to our hunting spot we came across all his arrows with quiver foam laying in the middle of the road. 2 pointsMy dad always told me “If you don’t have the time to run the bolt then you don’t have the time to safely evaluate the situation and get the shot off.” I can run my bolt action almost as fast as I can locate the safety to flit it off. Why take the unnecessary risk to save a second.

1 pointI took the Jeep from Lake Pleasant to Crown King Saturday for a run and that guy stopped me and asked me if I seen any arrows on the road. He was in a RZR. Hope you find him buddy.

1 pointI don't look at the draw odds at all. I put in for where I want to hunt and pray I get a tag. If I don't either family or a friend will draw something and I will be hunting. There are also so many other things to hunt in this state that finding something to chase is not all that hard. We counted it up yesterday and I have been on a hunt every weekend since august, except 4 weekends. That's 8 deer tags, 4 different hunts. One antelope hunt and 2 elk tags on 2 different hunts.

1 pointEmpty chamber when walking around is a good idea. Also after the animal is for sure dead make sure the gun is not going to accidentally go off. But, nothing should keep you from constantly checking the status of your weapon.
