Mr. Dillenburg, Outdoor writer asked a legitimate question to which you have yet to respond. Please answer the following questions as well. If you are doing this for the benefit and welfare of the elk and deer hunting opportunities, who at the RMEF, NWTF, ADA, AMDO, MDF, etc have you spoken with and what was the response you received? I understand it will take you a little bit to google what each of those groups actually are so we will be patiently waiting for your answer. Additionally, as you claim to be a hunter and are actively trying to enlist the assistance of hunters, why would you align yourself with the absolute nastiest most evil groups of anti-hunters known in the U.S.? As has been stated, your "affiliates" are the who's who of groups that want to take away our rights. SO...you are either STUPID and don't know who you are in bed with, or you are a LIAR and think we are all idiots. Man up and admit which one you are.

Behind my dad’s place in Alpine is a pasture with pipe fence maybe 6’ tall a mesh wire hanging on it! We’ve seen elk, wolves, coyote and turkey! This spring a cow elk had a calf inside the fenced area and as family has come and visited each has mentioned seeing the mamma and calf! We arrived last Friday and for the first time Sunday afternoon all the sudden we see the calf (maybe 6weeks old) standing up in the tall grass! We watched it bed down again and never saw it again the rest of the afternoon! Grandkids all got to see it through spotting scope and binos so now they are all on the watch today! About 4:30 today a cow elk appears in the meadow! It wanders around cuts across the meadow to a treed ridge disappeared for a bit then appeared again! We watched her cautiously creep into the meadow straight beeline to the last spot we saw the calf yesterday! Calf jumps up and heads straight for mamma and Starr’s getting dinner! As far as we can tell that mamma has been jumping fence nightly taking care of her calf and that calf just lies low during the daytime!!!

Anyone can spend 15 minutes searching the internet or talking to people involved and see what the Bar X has done for unit 23, the wildlife, and those who recreate in it. The owners have worked hand in hand with the AZGFD as well as the Mule Deer Foundation. Just last year the owner of the Bar X was awarded AZGFD's "Wildlife Habitat Steward of the year". The Bar X has become an Adopt a ranch, allowing pubic access for those to continue to recreate on the ranch. Bar X has brought in new waters for wildlife as well as many fencing projects to improve lands and protect riparian areas. We as people who take advantage of the opportunities our state provides, are lucky to have ranches such as the Bar X in this great state. The Bar X is a true steward of the land and a example of how ranching should be done today. As our state continues to grow, we are going to see more of this California ideology shoved down our throats. While the link below is several years old, you can see the dedication and some of the projects the ranch has taken on in years past. Thanks to all whom have voiced opposition against the Rim Job Neighbors. http://www.gccga.com/bar-x-ranch.html

The thing is Delw has been around the Az boards a long butt time and we all know who he is. You showed up a couple days ago and want us to support a guy we have never heard of. Several members have pointed out that your information was not as straight forward as you say. So you have presented your info and it has been somewhat digested and it doesn't look like you sold to many on it's merits. You might have tried starting with the organizations that actually do great things for the Az wildlife and in which alot of this site tend to support.

I found it. You can have it and I’ll ship it to you for free if you PM me your address and maybe make a $20 or so donation to Amanda. You’ll save a few bucks, the site will get a little money, and I’ll clear out a little clutter.

Bump! I need all and any info on 35A!! Honey holes, big deer locations, camping spots, best tree to lean against for my evening consitution, roads to drive my ole man on while we walk and flush big bucks to him like quail. Don’t hold back! The internet is safe with your secrets!! And yes I know this post is 9-10 years old. And I’m not “karim karim” who keeps posting spam. I’m a dude who lives close enough to the unit to scout but would rather E-scout! Haha! Sue me!
