With AZGFD looking for new ways to create revenue and the next draw coming up I had a thought. How many of you guys would pay to watch the draw process? Or even better what if it was an event like the NFL draft where they had an expo and banquet and made the selection process public? I’d go for sure at least 2x per year.

I think statistically they kill more buffalo on the spring hunts. They move out of the park looking for water and the magic salt. As Heat said, this year's cool weather and moisture are putting a wrench in the works. As of yesterday, there was no harvest recorded yet for the first season. My daughter has a bull tag the end of June, I am hoping it heats up and starts to dry out before then.

Driving a car is a privilege that can be taken away by the government. Owning a gun is a RIGHT guaranteed by the Constitution. Ignorance is not knowing the difference. Also, there are not large groups of ill-informed lemmings trying to take away our cars because a politician and the mainstream media has convinced them to be scared of an inanimate object. I have always found it amusing that the same people who want to remove guns also defend the rights of the criminals that illegally use that gun. How can the perpetrator e "innocent" and the tool be guilty?

I am excited today as I got to spend some time in the pen with my new pup. "Clover" is a German wire-haired pointer like Rica was. I sense that good times, adventures and quail hunts lie ahead. The pups are five weeks old today, so it will be another three before the home schooling begins.

Registration of vehicles is nothing more than them getting into our pockets another way. Basically, a tax. Why does it cost 400+ dollars for a new car but an old truck is 50 bucks? Still using the same roads. Has nothing to do with being allowed to own the vehicle. Apples to oranges.

I started carrying a 10k mah charging pack a few years back for my longer backpacks and will carry a 5500 for 2-3 stuff. I always have way more juice than I need, keeping both my phone and InReach topped off daily.

Last year's late fall hunt had ideal conditions. I think we had 7 for 7 in the first week of the hunt. The first week of November was warm and dry. Just right.

I’m in the minority here. I bought a brand new sea ray 18.5 footer. Never had any issues. Always wiped it down after lake days never beached it. Used it pretty hard but always stored in the garage. Ended up selling it for my asking price! Buy new and take care of it.

Couple years ago me and some friends back packed a couple days on a rim to rim trip. Coming out bright Angel to south rim we had people passing us 5 miles from the top in chanclas and JC's with 1 water bottle. Was blowing my mind people were that clueless. I agree if being rescued for stupid being a stupid hiker you should be paying air and ground support to haul your dumb butt out.

I had this hunt last year. It’s definitely a good hunt but not a trophy unit. It’s pretty easy to get around in the unit so most people that know 3b well won’t give up information. It’s worth scouting right before the hunt that way when opening morning hits you pretty much are dialed in on your bull.
