I’ve got no idea if Azgfd is out to get him like you say but I believe the county attorney is a buffer in that. I find it hard to believe a county attorney would possibly put their job on the line by offering a deal with no evidence. The attorney has to believe they have enough evidence to take it to court. They may not believe they have enough to win but have enough to take in front of a judge. If he hasn’t seen the evidence maybe your brothers attorney is not doing his job properly

I've read everything rokslide has to offer. A great resource for sure. I've bought and read the Gilchrist book on sheep hunting. He has a little section on the unlimiteds but most of his book is about shooting monster sheep. I'm honestly just trying to find a legal ram and not end up coming out the butt end of a grizzly bear. Everything above and beyond that is just icing on the cake in my book.

I did some research and found that the norther group migrate from Japan and back and the total catch for this group seems to be about 10X the size in numbers than the southern group but I didn't find much other info on it. The Albacore that used to swing by San Diego and the Albacore off Oregon and Washington are two different groups of migrating fish. I'm heading for Westport Wa in August to relive my youth. Ed F

They have been catching BFT on the 3/4 day boats in SD for a few weeks now. Fish counts are lower but the fish are bigger. I see reports of 5-12 fish with 30-40 anglers but most fish are in the 60-125 lbs range. We went on a 3/4 day last july and there were about 40 people and the boat caught 30+ BFT a couple of YFT and 100 or so big yellowtail. We only went out about an hour from the marina and started seeing tuna.

I was out looking for antlers and came across a nice lion track . We went out the next morning and after a few mile hike the dogs picked up the sent . We cold trailed for about a mile then the wind came up and they lost it . The next day the wind was terrible but the forecast called for some rain . It rained off and on most of the night but stopped about 3am We loaded up the dogs and got to where we thought the lion might be headed around 5:30am . As luck would have it after a short hike the dogs picked up the sent and the race was on ! Mr Tom was treed and freed .

Driving a car is a privilege that can be taken away by the government. Owning a gun is a RIGHT guaranteed by the Constitution. Ignorance is not knowing the difference. Also, there are not large groups of ill-informed lemmings trying to take away our cars because a politician and the mainstream media has convinced them to be scared of an inanimate object. I have always found it amusing that the same people who want to remove guns also defend the rights of the criminals that illegally use that gun. How can the perpetrator e "innocent" and the tool be guilty?

Best advice to give a person looking for a boat.... Don't. Rent one whenever you want to go.

Just remember boats are fun but just remember what boat stands for BREAK OUT ANOTHER THOUSAND Ive had a boat for the last 35 years everything from a 13’ to a 19’ and so far don’t regret one minute of it. Just try to get one with a single axle trailer much easier to maneuver and move by yourself.

Took my 3 and 5 year old out a few days ago. They loved it. Didn't find any horns. But they climbed a "mountain" and got some great pictures. I guarantee they'll remember it forever.

The 43.5 load will be up there too in pressure. The 2850 should have been a clue as well. The Creed is great but it's not a 6.5x284....

Happy new year guys, just wanted to share a quick story from opening morning . My brother had gone out to do some predator control, with the rain letting up he'd decided to make a stand and had gone with a high pitch hand call our cousin had given to him years ago. Hit the call for 15 seconds stopped for 30, hit it another 15 and before he could grab his rifle had this 100lb lion right on top of him. So mind you he was sitting on his butt when he had started to call so he was in a bad way. Within seconds he saw movement as She was lunging in such stride towards him she was covering 20 feet in each leap. Stopping in such a rush she actually stepped back with amaze at what he might be..they were now starring each other in the eyes for what lasted for about 10 seconds.. just giving him enough time to point and shoot!!.. just hit the safety ..point and shoot.. she was just inches from the end of his barrel. In the pik his shooting sticks hadn't moved, he set his rifle on his right side as he got up. Luckily that was that. and everything ended up ok. I think he might need some new boxers. One less deer killer in the desert, very proud of him for handling the situation like a champ!!
