My neighbor wanted to take some pictures of their newborn and asked if he could borrow a European of one of my bucks to use. He didn't tell me his idea or anything but the set up and picture is one of the coolest I've seen.

Is one outfitter having every deer in a unit catalogued by means of trail cameras having lackeys check cams every single night to try and narrow down a particular bucks pattern and direction a non existent problem? Then having guys block roads into an area with several guys on every ridge nearby based on trail camera info? Then several guys walk one guy in via radio to kill a big buck. Is that a non existent problem or do you consider this fair chase? Sure you can argue number 2 and 3 are separate, and you are right. But that's how it is done sometimes. I don't have a problem with cams, I just have a problem with things being abused.

So I sent in a pair of old 8 power cascades which were like 14 years old and my highly loved Golden ring 10/17x42 switch powers to be fixed. Called in to pay $52 for the cascades and was broken hearted to hear they couldn't fix the golden rings and would offer me a pair of bx4 pro guides and I broken heartedly told him Id chew on what do do and call back. A couple minutes later he called me back and said he would hook me up! Hes replacing my cascades with a newer version of bx2 alpines that came out like two weeks ago and replacing my gold rings with a brand new pair of Santiam 15x56! I'm so freaking stoked!

Lance you had said that the Proof Barrel on my 300 win may get faster. Well 123 rounds later went from 2810 to 2884 shooting 215 Grain Bergers this is out of a 24 Inch barrel. I ran it up to 2910 with 6 more grains of powder no signs of pressure but the group opened up a bit and it just shot really good at 2884. The turrets on the S&B work fine so I can dial up a bit if I have to . Love the copper colors of your gun what a beauty.

Best sight on the market in my opinion. I stripped out some pin screws, sent it in, was fixed and shipped out the same day. Customer service and warranty are top notch. Good luck with sale.

Government usually fails when it attempts to fix a non-existent problem. Hopefully they will refuse to take action this time. 99% of the state and hunts and cameras have no issues. Leave them alone.

Thats awesome. I had a similar experience with leupold last year. I dropped my rangefinder that was about 12 years old and a piece started ratteling around on the inside and of course it wouldn't range anything. I told them i dropped it and they still sent me a new rangefinder. Stellar customer service and warranty policies

Dang Bob. Different types of hunting for different folks, no different then going to Texas. I have not done either but hay, knock yourself out. Didn't you hire Dwayn Adams to guide you on your BAB hunt? Your comment seems a little hypocritical. No beef, just saying.

I have a shop in gilbert and could do it but I may not be qualified. I only have ASE certification a1-a8,. advanced level L1, and previous Ford drivetrain and Ford engine master tech certifications, so you may want to look elsewhere. I worked for a local ford dealer for 17.5 years and have owned my own shop for the last 12 years.

My 13-yo drew a U9 early bull elk muzzleloader tag. Hunt starts right after my 11-yo archery U9 bull elk hunt. September is going to be fun. PS Russia was not engaged to draw these tags. With 12-points myself I’m still more excited to guide these boys. I’ve already been up scouting. Good luck this fall.

OK. A month to the day, and that was with waiting on a custom stencil for the barrel engraving, I picked up the 6.5SLR. I lost more than the 4lbs I hoped to. I actually lost 5lbs 1oz after all was completed. From 15lbs 9oz scoped to 10lbs 8oz scoped. Scale was bouncing between 10lbs 7oz and 10lbs 8oz. A couple quick photos after slapping the scope on and boresighting. I will hopefully get some better outdoor photos this weekend if I get caught up on reloading. I didn't do the bolt handle skeletonizing after all. But I think it turned out amazing. Feels like the new chamber is about .001" shorter than the old one. Pretty good, as the previously FL sized cases still fit and you can just barely feel the bolt close stiffer. A fired case will not close, but I didn't muscle it. So I will set my die about .001" deeper and go to town on FL sizing the 200 or so fired cases I have. I will test my other loaded rounds to see how the new barrel likes them and go from there. About 250 still loaded up. 100 @ 140 HVLD full power hunting loads, 100 @ 140 HVLD light target loads, and 50 @ full power 127 LRX hunting loads. I am anxious to see how much speed has changed by taking off 6" of barrel length. Phx Custom Rifles did another great job.

You would have to leave your mom's basement in order to get out in the woods.
