1 pointRecently, I stopped in at a local liquor store looking for dusty bottles of hard to find whiskey and to my surprise I found a bottle of Booker’s Rye Limited just sitting on the shelf! Anyone who knows bourbon (in this case rye) knows this is rarer than a hen’s tooth. The best part was the price tag said $199.99 (msrp is 299.99). I couldn’t drive to the ATM fast enough. I already turned down an offer for $700 for the bottle. Can’t wait to drink it. Good news to me!

1 pointBeen playing around with the old cowboy guns lately and became interested in quick draw pistol competition, after playing with some mounted shooting it was fairly cheap since I have all that stuff already. Going to be testing some new toys I made up to see what speed difference there is between 45 rounds with wax projectiles being driven with magnum primer, 209 shot primer, and the hopped up 22 blank. This is too much fun.

1 pointHere comes the E-Scouters. I hope that you bought point guard because their was a big die off in 5B over the winter. No Elk left in 5BNorth. The few left will hang around Ashurst campground looking for handouts. Best bet would be get a camo tent and camp 1/4 mile from the campground. After foraging the campground at night the elk will go by you on their way to the denning sites. If i were you I would trade in that tag. 😶
