Sell the house... not worth it

You can, but not advised. If the tile underneath comes loose, it all comes up.

Wal-Mart Parking lot. Eating nuts/acorns? Under landscape trees. No fear of man. Walked up to them.

You will be glad you ripped it out. It is a lot of messy work and your house will be under an inch of dust, but worth it when it is done. We rented one of these from Home Depot to tear up about 1800 SF of tile and thinset. It took me the better part of the entire 24 hour rental and my arms and back were feeling it for days, but worth it in the end. https://www.homedepot.com/tool-truck-rental/27-LB-Demolition-Hammer/HM1214C/index.html

After you put down the vinyl the grout joints will start to show through and you will be able to see the tile under it over time. Tear it out.

I would replace the broken tile with some designer fancy type tile and make it look like it was done like that on purpose. Screw all that work haha.

I rebarreled my 300 ultra to 30 Nosler. I prefer it over the ultra for the magazine space. 300 ultra will give a little more velocity but what's another 1 Moa on the dial.

Try the Garcia's on 29th, west of swan. It might be called custom trim? I see boat and travel trailers there pretty often.

Their is a guy on the eastside of Tucson who works out of his house that does nice work. I've never used him but a good friend of mine has used him several times and his work is nice, especially on leather. His name is Arturo (520)302-9404. May want to give him a call.

Oh man, that sucks! Be careful loading up this year. I'm heading out next Friday, will be going after a bird I saw last year that had the biggest paint brush beard I've ever seen. Will post results, good or otherwise.

I put in today for elk, deer and Oryx. Their website is so sweet, easy, fast and foolproof. Don't understand why Arizona doesn't have a user friendly system, they're out there! Good luck on the draws!

I'd go 28 Nosler. I REALLY like the ballistics of the 28 Nosler even though I too have a great shooting 7mm Rem Mag. I also have a fantastic 300 RUM which is the primary workhorse for both me and my son. It I were to do it over again, I's still get another 300 RUM before I got a 30 Nosler. They really aren't that different (300 RUM and 30 Nosler), and you will find ammo and/or bullet components (I load my own) more readily available for the RUM, With the RUM, you can get a pretty great shooter without going custom, much harder to do with the 30 Nosler. Lastly, since increased power seems to be your primary reasoning, the 300 RUM would win again. Both great calibers, just my two cents worth.

After locating 3 bucks over 100 while helping a friend on a November hunt, we began this December tag with high hopes. We went down the opening weekend; Saturday and Sunday only due to school. We glassed 6-10 bucks per day, but nothing my 16 year old son wanted to take. He was fortunate enough to harvest a 200 plus inch (gross) mule deer last year and really wanted a 100 inch Coues. As the second weekend approached I was planning our trip down South, and he informed me that he did not want to hunt because he did not want to disappoint the guys at 'work". He volunteers at our Church, and with a million services for Christmas they could not get through without his help. We went back down the day after Christmas with the intention of staying until New Years. The first morning back was good. glassed several bucks in that 80 ish low 90 range. He asking is it over 100 Dad? "Nope". we met up with my best buddy around 3 and decided to go back to a different spot I have not glassed in a long time. 4 of us looking at one look and a friend of mine from work had to be "that guy" and walk a 1/4 mile to look at it from a different angle. He is new to hunting and called on the radio and said, "I have a buck that is big". I walked to his location and after some piss poor communication located the buck. At first glance I said "no, I don't think he is over mid 90's". After some coxing from a couple of buddies, and as the sun was getting low, he and I decided to have a closer look. We closed the distance from 1600 yards to 351. I relocated the buck making a half hazard attempt to birddog does, I said "bud, I still don't think he breaks 100, but look at him and if you want him take him. One well placed shot off shooting sticks with his 6.5 cm $400 cheap rifle, the buck was down. It started to rain and snow on us, but the pack out was awesome. After measuring this buck several times he is 101 and 4/8. Mission accomplished. Thanks for reading Whitey

As stated above I currently have an ar10 in 308 in the works. Considering trading or selling for the blackout with a can. Awhile back I posted a thread about hunting a very small sliver of private land surrounded by an archery only hunting area which happens to be one of my favorite hunting spots. Due to it being archery only the predators are running rampant including lions and i want to see better deer numbers in my area. Even though im technically legal to hunt with a rifle on this small area i dont want to attract the wrong attention and make it become an issue. This is why i want subsonic. I want to clear the predators without drawing unwanted attention.

Here comes the E-Scouters. I hope that you bought point guard because their was a big die off in 5B over the winter. No Elk left in 5BNorth. The few left will hang around Ashurst campground looking for handouts. Best bet would be get a camo tent and camp 1/4 mile from the campground. After foraging the campground at night the elk will go by you on their way to the denning sites. If i were you I would trade in that tag. 😶

Maybe like the movie "Romancing the Stone", where they stumble upon a downed plane stuffed full of Ganja.
