Its that time of the year I guess. I would like to give someone in NEED a free pair of Kenetrek boots. They are good boots ($280-$300) not that I care what they cost, just know I'm not giving anyone some crap. Brand new in the box, never been worn. I believe size 12 but ill double check tonight. Im looking for someone who needs a hand-up and NOT a hand-out. Please dont ask if you can have these for yourself. Its hard to write this up without sounding like a dick but im trying to avoid the usual takers. I want nothing in return.

So fun to hunt these beautiful Coues Whitetail. I passed on about 10 different back before deciding to take this beautiful deer. Not a big guy but like his shape and cemetery. 94 pounds field dressed, 4 x 4 with a little kicker and nice eyeguards. Thanks for the information and knowledge sharing by all who frequent this site. You all give not only useful information but a love for hunting as well.

Don't really see any need for one.I got enough firing on full auto in Viet Nam to last out my life.Didn't even know that such a thing was made until Las Vegas.I would rather place one good shot than 30 bad ones.

If I had the money id go on a high rack Muley hunt. load the high rack with tequila and the hottest whores in Caborca. That would really be something.

Drew a unit 23 antlered whitetail tag for the late December hunt. I took a few days off of work and had my two closest buddies make the trip out to help me find a buck. Friday produced nearly thirty deer, all does. Saturday afternoon at 1pm my buddies spotted a lone buck, the first we'd seen. Without knowing how big he was, I maneuvered in closer. Taking a look for the bedded buck: He stood after I began my stalk: He finally came into view at around 430pm. Knowing I had my friends with me for only one more day, I decided to pull the trigger on the 3x3. One shot at 460yds did the trick. The fun part:

I’m glad a hunter got him and not a lion. Mess of lions in there also. Lots of pics of lions. Brian

Thanks everybody......eastvalleyjerry hit it.....but damage that radiator cap looks nothing like the 79 Ford ....I was pretty embarrased when I first popped the hood and couldn't freaking find a radiator cap!!! When I bought this truck I swore I wouldn't do any of the work on it, and in my panic for heat I called for an estimate on a heater core replacement.....$1500.00....yikes a far cry from my old heater core, $50 bucks and I install it!!! I love this truck but miss certain things about my old truck that I will never get to do with this truck.....

Isn’t most of the stuff usually set up by the ranch or the outfitter ? Hopefully you guys come back with both of your kidneys. 😂

If I was able to hunt whenever I wanted to early in the season I might pay attention to the moon phases. I have hunted down in Mexico 3 times in the past and tried to hunt the moon phase 2 of the 3 times. Both of those times we saw way fewer bucks than when we hunted the rut and didn't pay any attention to the moon. Needless to say I am going down this year and could care less about the moon. We are going the 3rd week of January hoping to catch the rut.

Garbage attitude? I am not going to get in a pissing match with you.I just feel like spending a year in the bush, getting shot, malaria, seeing friends die that maybe, just maybe I could present my case.

Thanks for your service, but that’s a garbage attitude to have when our second amendment rights are being eroded. When are they going to say that lightened triggers help increase the rate of fire? then semi automatic weapons all together. But you probably don’t see the need for civilians to have semi auto rifles

Cody, all the do's and dont's , documents for your trophy, truck, yourself etc etc should have already been answered and/or taken care by your outfitter.

It is tough to find sheds in AZ. In flatter areas they will drop all over the place and we have good road access pretty much everywhere so those spots get cleaned out fast. SE facing hillsides close to good water sources are the general best places to find sheds. Anywhere that gets good sun mid-winter is where you want to start looking. Wind sheltered valleys where elk bed down and fence lines are also good spots to start. Everyone here says shed hunt valleys and that may be true for the country off the rim but I've found all my best sheds over 7-8k feet usually close to snow lines. Google earth, find a good water source close to some hills and varied terrain where you know a good herd is and then start pounding ground. If you are pulling 1-2 horns every 10 miles or so of hiking you are doing well for AZ.

Here’s a thumbs down and get out of here with that stuff! If you’ve read and believe the word of God, you’d understand why people are paying tithing and going to church. To come on here and call someone’s beliefs a scam that you know nothing about makes you look foolish. This is one of the things I believe in as a Latter Day Saint. “We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.” Hopefully you can understand that.

The reason folks want to leave it alone is because the current format creates some barrier to entry. You can’t jusy buy it online and have it shipped like its amazon. At least the current method requires a minimal level of effort that allows the leftovers to be somewhat realistic and not an absolute free for all like they are Garth Brooks tickets or something.
